1,194,725. Laminates. CHEMISCHE WERKE HœLS A.G. 6 Oct., 1967 [28 Oct., 1966], No. 45792/67. Heading B5N. [Also in Division F2] A polyolefine moulding, which has been given a self-extinguishing property, is provided with a sheath of plasticized polyvinylchloride film or sheeting (which has a Shore hardness of from 62 to 70 and which has been given a selfextinguishing and antistatic quality) by adhesively bonding said moulding to the plasticized polyvinylchloride film or sheeting, the said plasticized polyvinylchloride containing 35-50 parts by weight per 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride of a furnace, channel or thermal carbon black having a mean particle size of from 200-400 Š, as an antistatic agent, and 30 to 70 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid plasticizer. The polyolefines may be polyethylene, polypropylene or polybutene and the self-extinguishing additive pentabromodiphenyl or antimony trioxide with or without a chloroparaffin.
