Abstract

1,014,186. Glazing. H. SCHURMANN G.m.b.H. [trading as FIRMA HEINZ SCHURMANN & CO.]. Feb. 11, 1963 [Dec. 6, 1962], No. 5494/63. Heading E1R. Resilient glazing members comprise a resilient base portion 4, with either one, (Fig. 2), or two clipped in retaining portions 8, the base portion being formed with longitudinally extending beads 15 for clipping on capping strips, (see Fig. 1). Sealing strips 21 are held against the window pane 7 by the capping strips, and the portions 8 are clipped on to the base portion 4 by projections 13 engaging under the edges of the base portions forming the inner portions of recesses 11 and 12.
