Abstract
L'invention prévoit un procédé de fabrication d'un câble avec un moulage en résine comprenant une section de câble comportant un fil électrique et une gaine comportant une résine synthétique recouvrant le fil électrique, et une section de moulage en résine dans laquelle une partie de la gaine est moulée par une résine. Une partie de la section de câble est reçue dans un espace de réception (500) dans une matrice (50) formée avec une entrée de résine fondue, un passage d'écoulement d'entrée (502), et un réservoir de résine (501) à l'intérieur. Une résine fondue est injectée depuis l'entrée dans l'espace de réception (500). Une partie de la résine fondue injectée s'écoule à travers le passage d'écoulement d'entrée (502) et est retenue dans le réservoir de résine (501). La partie de la gaine est fondue par la chaleur de la résine fondue. La résine fondue est solidifiée pour former ainsi un produit en résine moulée. Sa partie inutile solidifiée dans le réservoir de résine (501) est enlevée du produit en résine moulée.
