Abstract

一種射出成型設備,包括一模具、一射出裝置及至少一感測器。模具具有一模穴。射出裝置適於射出一材料至模穴內以使材料成形為一成形物。至少一感測器配置於模具且適於感測模穴內的溫度及壓力的至少其中之一。至少一感測器位於模穴的一內表面且對應於成形物的一非外觀面。此外,一種射出成型方法亦被提及。

Description

射出成型設備及射出成型方法
本發明是有關於一種成型設備及成型方法,且特別是有關於一種射出成型設備及射出成型方法。
射出成型(injection molding)是一種生產由熱塑性塑膠或熱固性塑膠所構成的部件的過程。塑料在射出成型機的料筒內被加熱而熔化呈流動狀態,接著在柱塞或螺杆的加壓下,塑料被壓縮並向前移動,進而通過料筒前端的噴嘴以很快的速度注入溫度較低的閉合模具內。經過一段時間冷卻定型後,開啟模具即得射出成型製品。
在射出成型的過程中,射出壓力、模具溫度、保壓時間及環境溫度等因素皆會影響射出成型成品的品質。現有的射出成型機可藉由感測塑料的壓力及感測模具的溫度來推估射出成型成品的品質,感測器通常設置於模具的內表面以便於感測模具內的塑料的溫度及壓力。然而,設置於模具的內表面的感測器導致所述內表面非如預期的形狀或不平整,而影響了射出成型成品的品 質。
本發明提供一種射出成型設備及射出成型方法,可提升射出成型成品的品質。
本發明的射出成型設備包括一模具、一射出裝置及至少一感測器。模具具有一模穴。射出裝置適於射出一材料至模穴內以使材料成形為一成形物。至少一感測器配置於模具且適於感測模穴內的溫度及壓力的至少其中之一。至少一感測器位於模穴的一內表面且對應於成形物的一非外觀面。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的至少一感測器包括一溫度感測器及一壓力感測器。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的溫度感測器及壓力感測器整合為單一感測元件。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的模穴的內表面具有至少一凹部,至少一凹部對應於成形物的一待切除部,至少一感測器位於至少一凹部。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的至少一凹部為模穴的一材料注入區或模穴的至少一溢流區。
本發明的射出成型方法包括:提供一模具及至少一感測器,其中模具具有一模穴,至少一感測器配置於模具且適於感測模穴內的溫度及壓力的至少其中之一。藉由一射出裝置射出一材 料至模穴內以使材料成形為一成形物,其中至少一感測器位於模穴的一內表面且對應於成形物的一非外觀面。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的提供至少一感測器的步驟包括:提供一溫度感測器及一壓力感測器。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的提供溫度感測器及壓力感測器的步驟包括:使溫度感測器及壓力感測器整合為單一感測元件。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的模穴的內表面具有至少一凹部,至少一凹部對應於成形物的一待切除部,提供至少一感測器的步驟包括:使至少一感測器位於至少一凹部。
在本發明的一實施例中,上述的至少一凹部為模穴的一材料注入區或模穴的至少一溢流區。
基於上述,在本發明的射出成型設備中,感測器對應於成形物的非外觀面,故成形物的外觀面不會因感測器的設置而不平整,從而可提升射出成型成品的品質。
為讓本發明的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。

圖1是本發明一實施例的射出成形設備的示意圖。
圖2繪示圖1的材料成形為成形物。

圖4繪示本發明另一實施例的射出成形設備的模穴內的材料成形為成形物。
圖5是本發明一實施例的射出成型方法的流程圖。
圖1是本發明一實施例的射出成形設備的示意圖。圖2繪示圖1的材料成形為成形物。請參考圖1,本實施例的射出成型設備100包括一模具110、一射出裝置120及至少一感測器130(繪示為多個)。模具110具有一模穴110a,射出裝置120適於射出一材料M至模穴110a內以使材料M凝固而成形為一成形物F。
這些感測器130配置於模具110且適於感測模穴110a內的溫度及壓力,使射出成型設備100能夠依據模穴110a內的材料的溫度與壓力計算出其比容,並據以調整射出成型參數。所述射出成型參數可包含射出裝置120的射出壓力、模具110的溫度及藉由射出裝置120所進行的保壓時間。所述保壓,是射出裝置120在將材料射出至模具110內之後持續施加適當的射出壓力以提供適量的材料至模具110內,直到模具110內的材料凝固,如此可避免因模具110內的材料在凝固過程中收縮而使射出成型製品的尺寸不符預期。
這些感測器130例如是電性連接於一電腦裝置,並適於 將感測訊號傳遞至此電腦裝置,以進行所述比容的計算及參數的調整。所述電腦裝置例如是整合於射出成型設備100,或是外接於射出成型設備100,本發明不對此加以限制。
如圖2所示,這些感測器130位於模穴110a的一內表面110a1且對應於成形物F的非外觀面S1。藉此,成形物F的外觀面S2不會因感測器130的設置而不平整,從而可提升射出成型成品的品質。
圖3是圖1的感測器的示意圖。請參考圖3,本實施例的各感測器130包括一溫度感測器132及一壓力感測器134,且溫度感測器132及壓力感測器134整合為單一感測元件(即感測器130)。藉此,相較於將溫度感測器與壓力感測器分別配置於模穴內表面的不同位置,整合為單一感測元件的溫度感測器132及壓力感測器134可在相同位置進行溫度及壓力的感測,而可準確地獲得模穴110a內特定位置的溫度及壓力,據以精確地計算出此特定位置的比容。
在圖1及圖2所示實施例中,成形物F的非外觀面S1與外觀面S2分別位於成形物F的相對兩側,亦即,非外觀面S1為產品的內表面。然本發明不以此為限,以下藉由圖式對此舉例說明。
圖4繪示本發明另一實施例的射出成形設備的模穴內的材料成形為成形物。如圖4所示,模具110’的模穴110a’的內表面110a1’具有至少一凹部(繪示為一凹部N2及多個凹部N1)。凹部 N2例如是材料注入區,射出裝置120’適於從此材料注入區將材料射入模穴110a’。這些凹部N1例如是額外增設的多個溢流區,供射入模穴110a’內的材料溢流。成形物F’的位於這些凹部N1、N2的部分是多個待切除部C,且多個感測器130’分別位於這些凹部N1、N2。
由於這些待切除部C並非射出成型產品的一部分,其將在後續流程中被切除,故這些待切除部C可視為成形物F’的非外觀面。即使待切除部C因感測器130’之設置而產生了不平整表面,此不平整表面將於這些待切除部C被切除後不存在於射出成型產品。在其他實施例中,亦可僅在凹部N1設置感測器130’而不在凹部N2設置感射器130’,或是僅在凹部N2設置感測器130’而不在凹部N1設置感射器130’,本發明不對此加以限制。此外,感測器130’可如同圖3所示的感測器130般由溫度感測器132及壓力感測器134整合為單一感測元件。
以下說明本發明一實施例的射出成型方法。圖5是本發明一實施例的射出成型方法的流程圖,其對應於上述實施例的射出成型設備。請參考圖5,首先,提供一模具及至少一感測器,其中模具具有一模穴,至少一感測器配置於模具且適於感測模穴內的溫度及壓力的至少其中之一(步驟S101)。接著,藉由一射出裝置射出一材料至模穴內以使材料成形為一成形物,其中至少一感測器位於模穴的一內表面且對應於成形物的一非外觀面(步驟S102)。在所述步驟S101中,可提供圖3所示的溫度感測器132 及壓力感測器134,並使溫度感測器132及壓力感測器134整合為單一感測元件。在所述步驟S101中,可如圖4所示使多個感測器130’分別位於模穴110a’的凹部N1、N2。
綜上所述,在本發明的射出成型設備中,感測器對應於成形物的非外觀面,故成形物的外觀面不會因感測器的設置而不平整,從而可提升射出成型成品的品質。此外,整合為單一感測元件的溫度感測器及壓力感測器可在相同位置進行溫度及壓力的感測,而可準確地獲得模穴內特定位置的溫度及壓力,並精確地計算出此特定位置的比容,據以有效地調整射出成型參數,進一步提升射出成型成品的品質。
雖然本發明已以實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本發明的精神和範圍內,當可作些許的更動與潤飾,故本發明的保護範圍當視後附的申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種射出成型設備,包括:一模具,具有一模穴及一材料注入區;一射出裝置,適於從該材料注入區射出一材料至該模穴內以使該材料成形為一成形物;以及多個感測器,配置於該模具且適於感測該模穴內的溫度及壓力的至少其中之一,其中該些感測器位於該模穴的一內表面且對應於該成形物的一非外觀面,該模穴的該內表面具有至少一凹部,該至少一凹部對應於該成形物的一待切除部,該些感測器分別位於該至少一凹部及該材料注入區,該至少一凹部為該模穴的至少一溢流區。
  2. 如請求項1所述的射出成型設備,其中該些感測器包括一溫度感測器及一壓力感測器。
  3. 如請求項2所述的射出成型設備,其中該溫度感測器及該壓力感測器整合為單一感測元件。
  4. 一種射出成型方法,包括:提供一模具及多個感測器,其中該模具具有一模穴及一材料注入區,該些感測器配置於該模具且適於感測該模穴內的溫度及壓力的至少其中之一;以及藉由一射出裝置從該材料注入區射出一材料至該模穴內以使該材料成形為一成形物,其中該些感測器位於該模穴的一內表面且對應於該成形物的一非外觀面,該模穴的該內表面具有至少一 凹部,該至少一凹部對應於該成形物的一待切除部,提供該些感測器的步驟包括:使該些感測器分別位於該至少一凹部及該材料注入區,其中其中該至少一凹部為該模穴的至少一溢流區。
  5. 如請求項4所述的射出成型方法,其中提供該些感測器的步驟包括:提供一溫度感測器及一壓力感測器。
  6. 如請求項5所述的射出成型方法,其中提供該溫度感測器及該壓力感測器的步驟包括:使該溫度感測器及該壓力感測器整合為單一感測元件。
