Abstract

L'invention concerne les carters des moteurs de cyclomoteurs Peugeot type " 103 " à moteur flottant dit " basculant ". La partie supérieure des carters 1 reçoit deux Silentblocs 2 dans lesquels passe l'axe d'origine, permettant la fixation du moteur directement sur le châssis sans avoir recours à des supports moteurs. La partie centrale 3, elle, se prolonge du côté admission 4 créant ainsi une boîte à clapet incorporée 5 au bloc moteur, évitant ainsi l'utilisation d'une boîte à clapet séparée.

Description

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'adaptation de nouveaux carters moteur avec support moteur et boite à clapet incorporés, sur cyclomoteurs
Peugeot type "103" à moteur flottant dit "Basculant" à variateur puissance 49,9 cm3.
Le procédé connu utilisait des supports moteur pour fixer le moteur au chassis du cyclomoteur.

Le procédé selon l'invention utilise, deux Silentblocs incorporés à même la partie supérieure des carters (X fig. 1) supprimant ainsi l'utilisation de supports moteur.
Dans ces deux silentblocs passe l'axe de fixation d'origine fixant directement le moteur au chas sis et diminuant ainsi les vibrations transmises au chassis..
La partie centrale des carters (fig. 1 et 2) où se loge le villebrequin, se prolonge côté admission, par une boite à clapet (vue intérieure F).
Le. procédé connu, était composé d'une boite à clapet séparée, vissée sur les carters, tandis que le procédé selon l'invention intrègre la boite à clapet aux carters car les carters et la boite forment un seul et même corps.
Ce procédé permet de recevoir un clapet plus gros que d'origine, facilite le passage des gaz et apporte une meilleure étanchéité du bas moteur.

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Adaptation de carters moteur sur cyclomoteur Peugeot type "103" à moteur flottant dit "Basculant" à variateur et de puissance 49,9 cm3, carractérisée par le fait que les fixations au chassis et la boite à clapet sont incorporées dans les carters.
2 - Invention selon la revendication 1 carractérisée par le fait que la partie

supérieure des carters reçoit deux silentblocs zanis lesquels passe l'axe de fixation d'origine supprimant ainsi l'utilisation des supports moteurs connus.
3 - Invention selon la revendication 2 carractérisée par le fait que la partie centrale (où se loge le villebrequin) se prolonge, côté admission, par un boite à clapet incorporée.
