Abstract

Procédé pour l'obtention d'acides arylpyruviques, qui peuvent être éventuellement substitués, par réaction d'halogénures d'arylméthyle éventuellement substitués, avec l'oxyde de carbone et un mélange alcool/eau en présence d'un cobalt carbonyle et d'un composé basique. On conduit la réaction à une température de -10 à 70 degrés C en présence d'un alcool et d'un hydroxyde alcalin comme composé basique Comme hydroxyde alcalin, on utilise de préférence LiOH ou NaOH. Les acides arylpyruviques sont des matières premières importantes pour la préparation d'acides alpha -aminés, tels que par exemple la phénylalanine.
