a. Procédé pour la combustion de déchets à consistance variable ainsi que four pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce que chaque récipient collecteur est soumis à une précombustion commandée en fonction de l'inflammabilité de son contenu et ce n'est qu'après avoir atteint un degré de combustion prédéterminé qu'il est amené à un autre stade de combustion se déroulant essentiellement de façon non contrôlée. c. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'incinération des déchets infectieux.
