Abstract

The terminal block with switchable terminals has inside an insulated housing at least two pairs of terminals connected to electric circuits. The terminals of a pair are arranged on either side of the median part of the housing. The median part has a channel which runs transversal to the direction of each pair of contacts. In this channel an insulated rod is inserted. The rod can be moved between two operational positions in the channel. The rod is fitted with briding contacts. There contacts cooperate with limit stops for ensuring switching between circuits of the same terminal pairs when the rod is moved between its two positions.
