Claims (17)
1. Förfarande för analys, väri biomolekyler (3) som har fästs pä en fast yta av ett underlag (1) används för detektering av närvaro av analyter (4) i 5 ett prov genom att binda analyterna vid biomolekyler, kännetecknat av att biomolekylerna (3) fästs kovalent direkt pä ytan av underlaget tillsammans med molekyler (5) som fränstöter hydrofila biomolekyler, vilka molekyler täcker ytan mellan biomolekylerna (3) för att hindra icke-specifik bindning av analyter (4) och andra biomolekyler. 10
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att mole- kylerna (5) som fränstöter hydrofila biomolekyler har fästs pa ytan av underlaget (1) kovalent genom förmedling av funktionella grupper, sasom sulfid-, disul-fid- eller tiolgrupper.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att 15 underlaget är ett sensorunderlag, som förmär inducera en förändring i en signal, vilket är en indikering pa en ökning av den vid biomolekylerna (3) bundna analyten pa ytan, signalen anbringas pä underlaget (1), den förändrade signa- . ,, Ien detekteras och mängden av den vid biomolekylerna (3) bundna analyten (4) pa ytan mäts med hjälp av den detekterade signalen. 20
