PRESENTAN UN FUERTE EFECTO ANTAGONISTA A LA ADOSTERONA REDUCIENDO LA EXCESIVA RETENCION DE NA Y EXCRECION DE POTASIO POR LA ADOSTERONA, Y SE UTILIZAN COMO DIURETICOS.
