LA MASA A BASE DE HARINA SE CONCRETA EN UNA MASA DE BOLLO EDULCORADA, QUE INCLUYE HARINA, AGUA (EN UN CONTENIDO DE HUMEDAD CERCANO AL 6% EN PESO), GRASAS Y AROMAS.
