Abstract

Saco de válvula perfeccionado, hecho en una película de material plástico y formado por un tubo de saco que está cerrado en sus extremos por un fondo de estabilidad y por un fondo de válvula; en este caso, los fondos del saco están constituídos por un respectivo fondo de forma, que comprende unas dobladuras de esquina y dobladuras laterales de fondo, que por parejas están situadas de manera opuesta entre si, por una hoja interior de fondo, por una hoja exterior de cobertura así como por una pieza suplementaria de válvula en el fondo de válvula; piezas componentes éstas que - a efectos de la formación del fondo - se encuentran unidas entre si por la aplicación de un pegamento en la cara exterior del tubo de saco, a lo largo del borde del mismo y por unas extensas uniones de pegamento en la cara interior de la hoja de cobertura; caracterizado porque las aplicaciones de pegamento (2) están realizadas en forma de pegamento autoadhesivo; porque la anchura de cada dobladura lateral de fondo (7, 8) - medida en dirección transversal del fondo de forma (3, 4) - es más reducida que la mitad del ancho del respectivo fondo de forma; y porque la propia hoja interior de fondo (10, 10'') es mantenida libre de la aplicación de pegamento para ser unida con la aplicación de pegamento (2) en, por lo menos, una de las dobladuras de esquina (5, 6) del fondo de forma, teniendo una anchura mayor que la del ancho del fondo y el ancho de las dobladuras laterales de fondo sumadas.
