Abstract

A sleeve body is made up of two plys of sheet material. The plys, which may be formed by folding a single blank of sheet material or from separate sheets, are secured face to face by adhesive and whilst the adhesive is still soft the plys are coiled into circular form and the edges of the plys are connected to hold the body in said circular form.
