A reflector comprises three approximately triangular sheets of rigid material having one surface of light reflective material arranged to fold over one another or to be opened out and, when held in the hands, direct the sun's rays on to a desired part of the body. As shown, a sheet of cardboard is provided with two doublescored lines 10, 10 dividing it into three triangular portions 11, 11a, 11a, one surface of the sheet being covered with a reflective material. The portions 11a may be folded inwards over the portion 11.
