Abstract
Procedimiento para diagnosticar el funcionamiento de un sistema de ventilación de un cárter de cigüeñal de un motor de combustión interna, en el que está dispuesta una válvula intermitente (5) en un conducto de ventilación (3). La válvula intermitente (5) se gobierna en función de la presión que hay en el cárter (2) del cigüeñal, que se detecta mediante un sensor manométrico (13). Al ser alta la presión, se abre la válvula intermitente con el fin de dejar salir los vapores a través de un tubo de admisión (14). El gobierno de la válvula intermitente (5) se efectúa en este caso en función de los requisitos de funcionamiento y del gas de escape y/o de los estados de carga. Por medio del transcurso de la presión se puede detectar, por ejemplo, si el nivel de aceite es suficiente, si existe una fuga en el sistema de ventilación cerrado o el motor de combustión interna (1) presenta un elevado desgaste. Mediante un modo de funcionamiento optimizado se puede lograr tanto una reducción de los gasesBlow-By, de emisiones, como también reducir pérdidas por fricción en el cárter del cigüeñal.
