Abstract

Un procedimiento para la polimerización catalítica en la fase de gas, realizado en por lo menos dos zonas de polimerización interconectadas, comprendiendo, el procedimiento, el introducir uno o más monómeros, en las citadas zonas de polimerización, en presencia de catalizador, bajo condiciones de reacción y la recogida del producto polímero, de las citadas zonas de polimerización, en cuyo procedimiento, las partículas del polímero en crecimiento, fluyen hacia arriba, a través de una de las citadas zonas de polimerización (zona ascendente) bajo condiciones de rápida fluidificación o de transporte, dejan dicho dicha zona de ascenso, y penetran en otra zona polimerización (zona descendente), a través de la cual, éstas fluyen, en dirección hacia abajo, bajo la acción de la gravedad, dejan la citada zona de descenso, y se reintroducen en la zona de ascenso, estableciendo, de esta forma, una circulación de los polímeros, entre lazona de ascenso y la zona de descenso, caracterizándose adicionalmente, el procedimiento, por el hecho de que: - se proporcionan medios, los cuales son capaces de evitar totalmente o parcialmente el que, la mezcla de gas presente en la zona ascendente, penetre en la zona descendente, y - una mezcla gaseosa y / o líquida, que tiene una composición diferente de la mezcla de gas presente en la zona ascendente, se introduce en la zona descendente.
