Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de una formulación farmacéutica semisólida (gel o crema) que contiene dexketoprofeno trometamol y diferentes aminas como agentes neutralizantes, para el tratamiento tópico de procesos inflamatorios en humanos. Las formulaciones farmacéuticas de esta invención presentan ventajas derivadas de su gran estabilidad al almacenamiento sin modificaciones importantes en la apariencia del producto con el tiempo, así como su débil actividad alérgica y fotoalérgica.
