LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA PLACA DE VIDRIO QUE TIENE UN MOLDE FORMADO SOBRE UN BORDE PERIFERICO DEL MISMO. LA PRESENTE INVENCION PROPORCIONA UN TROQUEL DE EXTRUSION (64) QUE TIENE UN PRIMER Y UN SEGUNDO ESPACIOS HUECOS (72, 74) FORMADOS ALLI DENTRO. PARA SUMINISTRAR UN ADHESIVO AL BORDE PERIFERICO SE PROPORCIONA EL PRIMER ESPACIO HUECO (72), Y PARA SUMINISTRAR UN MATERIAL DE MOLDEO AL BORDE PERIFERICO SE PROPORCIONA UN SEGUNDO ESPACIO HUECO (74). LOS PRIMEROS Y SEGUNDOS ESPACIOS HUECOS ESTAN ESPECIFICAMENTE DISPUESTOS EN RELACION DE UNOS A OTROS. CON ESTO, MIENTRAS LA PLACA DE VIDRIO SE MUEVE EN RELACION AL TROQUEL DE EXTRUSION (64), EL MOLDE SE EXTRUYE SOBRE EL BORDE PERIFERICO SIMULTANEAMENTE CON LA FORMACION DE UNA CAPA ADHESIVA SOBRE EL BORDE PERIFERICO. DE ESTE MODO, LAS FORMACIONES DEL MOLDE Y LA PLACA ADHESIVA SE CONDUCEN EN UN PROCESO DE PRODUCCION. CON ESTO, EL RENDIMIENTO DE LA PRODUCCION SE MEJORA MUCHO. LA PRESENTE INVENCION PROPORCIONA ADEMAS UNA PLACA DE VIDRIO QUE TIENE UNA CAPA ADHESIVA HECHA DE UN ADHESIVO TERMOPLASTICO FUNDIDO EN CALIENTE Y UN MOLDE HECHO DE UNA RESINA TERMOPLASTICA, QUE SE FORMA SOBRE EL BORDE PERIFERICO DE LA PLACA DE VIDRIO. EN UN LIMITE ENTRE LA CAPA ADHESIVA Y EL MOLDE, EL ADHESIVO TERMOPLASTICO FUNDIDO CALIENTE Y LA RESINA TERMOPLASTICA SE FUSIONAN Y SE MEZCLAN UNO CON OTRO. CON ESTO, LA FORTALEZA DEL ENLACE DEL MOLDEO A LA PLACA DE VIDRIO SE MEJORA MUCHO.
