EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR CON LA MASA USADA DESCOBRADA DEL SILICIO O UNA ALEACION RICA EN SILICIO, Y EVENTUALMENTE UN COMPUESTO REFRACTARIO, PARA AJUSTAR EL CONTENIDO EN SILICIO NO OXIDADO EN UN VALOR PREDETERMINADO > 30%, EN CALENTAR LA MEZCLA BAJO ATMOSFERA DE NITROGENO HASTA EL ARRANQUE DE LA REACCION EXOTERMICA DE NITRURACION, Y A CONTINUACION EN REDUCIR EN POLVO EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO.
