Abstract

Anillo obturador embridado y con fuste, para accesorio de montaje de tubos caracterizado porque compilan de un cuerpo que tiene un orificio central, cuyo eje corresponde al eje de una sección de tubo que debe unirse a un miembro tubular principal para obtener a través de los mismos un flujo de fluido estanco, estando formado el cuerpo con una cabeza embridada y un fuste, teniendo la cabeza embridada una forma periférica con una superficie inferior y una superficie superior cónicas y opuestas, siendo la inclinación de la primera similar a la superficie anular interior del fondo de la tuerca de sujeción que se emplea para apretar entre si las secciones de tubo a través del citado accesorio de montaje, mientras que la inclinación de la, segunda superficie es similar al borde; cónico anular de la porción de extremo roscado del miembro tubular, encontrándose el fuste del cuerpo ligeramente inclinado hacia su extremo libre en donde se proporciona también una porción cilíndrica exterior corta.cuyodiámetro es menor que el diámetro interior de la sección de tubo que hay; que unir, por lo que se facilita la introducción inicial libre del fuste en la porción de extremo de la sección de tubo, mientras que la prosecución de la introducción del fuste se realiza forzándolo ligeramente en el interior del mismo, proporcionándose una protuberancia curvada intermedia en la superficie exterior del fuste cónico, que sobresale de la misma, por lo que el borde del extremo de dicha sección de tubo puede abocinarse progresivamente hasta una conicidad correspondiente a la superficie inferior cónica de la cabeza embridada, cuando ha terminado la introducción del fuste del anillo obturador en la porción de extremo de la citada sección de tubo.
