Claims (11)
- Fixierungsvorrichtung (1) für einen Griff (3) an einer Öffnung (211) in einer Wand (21) eines Flügels (2), wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:- einen Körper (11), der eine erste Auflageoberfläche (11a) aufweist,- ein Einhakelement (12), das eine zweite Auflageoberfläche (12a) aufweist, wobei das Einhakelement (12) durch die Öffnung (211) verläuft,das Einhakelement (12) mittels eines Schrauben-Mutter-Systems fest mit dem Körper (11) verbunden ist, so dass die Verschraubung des Schrauben-Mutter-Systems der Vorrichtung ermöglicht, von einer entriegelten Konfiguration in eine verriegelte Konfiguration, die sich von der entriegelten Konfiguration unterscheidet, zu wechseln, die verriegelte Konfiguration, in der die erste Auflageoberfläche (11a) und die zweite Auflageoberfläche (12a) die Wand (21) in einer ersten Richtung (X211) sandwichartig in Eingriff nehmen, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (11) eine erste abgeschrägte Oberfläche (11b) umfasst und das Einhakelement (12) eine zweite abgeschrägte Oberfläche (12b) umfasst, wobei die beiden abgeschrägten Oberflächen (11b, 12b) derart konfiguriert sind, dass die erste abgeschrägte Oberfläche (11b) und die zweite abgeschrägte Oberfläche (12b) in der Verriegelungskonfiguration in flächigem Kontakt miteinander stehen, um eine Übertragung von Lastaufnahmen sowohl in der ersten Richtung (X211) als auch radial zur ersten Richtung (X211) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei sich die zweite abgeschrägte Oberfläche (12b) in einer Ebene erstreckt, die mit der zweiten Auflageoberfläche (12a) einen Winkel zwischen 30° und 60° bildet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Einhakelement (12) dazu konfiguriert ist, vollständig durch die Öffnung (211) zu verlaufen, wobei die Öffnung (211) entlang einer Öffnungsoberfläche (211a) begrenzt ist und sich durch die Wand (21) entlang einer Mittelachse (A211), parallel zur ersten Richtung (X211), erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Einhakelement (12) eine Verbindungsfläche (12c) aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, in einer Verriegelungskonfiguration einen Druck auf die Öffnungsoberfläche (211a) auszuüben.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die mindestens zwei Einhakelemente (12) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die mindestens zwei Einhakelemente (12) symmetrisch oder gleichradial im Verhältnis zum Mittelachse (A211) verteilt sind.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (11) und das Einhakelement (12) jeweils eine erste Gewindebohrung (11t) und eine zweite Gewindebohrung (12t) umfassen, wobei die erste Gewindebohrung (11t) und die zweite Gewindebohrung (12t) den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen und beide dazu konfiguriert sind, mit einem Gewindeelement (13) zusammenzuwirken, um die Befestigung des Körpers (11) mit dem Einhakelement (12) zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Gewindeelement eine Klemmschnittstelle (13a) umfasst, wobei die Klemmschnittstelle (13a) von dem Raum aus zugänglich ist, der auf der Seite einer ersten Fläche (21a) der Wand (21) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Einhakelement (12) eine Verbindungsoberfläche (12c) umfasst, die sich zwischen der zweiten Auflageoberfläche (12a) und der zweiten abgeschrägten Oberfläche (12b) erstreckt, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) so konfiguriert ist, dass das Gewindeelement (13) in einer Verriegelungskonfiguration auf einer radialen Auflageoberfläche (12c) aufliegt.
- Anordnung, die eine Wand (21) umfasst, an der eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche montiert ist.
- Fixierungsverfahren für einen Griff (3) an einer Öffnung (211) in einer Wand (21) eines Flügels (2) unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung, die einen Körper (11), der eine erste Auflageoberfläche (11a) aufweist, und ein Einhakelement (12) umfasst, das eine zweite Auflageoberfläche (12a) aufweist, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Positionieren der ersten Auflageoberfläche (11a) in Kontakt mit einer ersten Fläche (21a) der Wand (21),- Positionieren des Einhakelements durch die Öffnung, so dass die zweite Auflageoberfläche (12a) in Kontakt mit einer zweiten Fläche (21b) der Wand (21) steht, wobei sich die zweite Fläche (21b) von der ersten Fläche (21a) unterscheidet,- Befestigen des Einhakelements (12) am Körper (11) über eine Schrauben-Mutter-Verbindung, so dass sich die erste Auflageoberfläche (11a) und die zweite Auflageoberfläche (12a) in einer Verriegelungskonfiguration einander annähern, bis sie die Wand (21) in einer ersten Richtung (X211) sandwichartig in Eingriff nehmen, wobei eine erste abgeschrägte Oberfläche (11b) des Körpers (11) und eine zweite abgeschrägte Oberfläche (12b) des Einhakelements (12) in der Verriegelungskonfiguration in flächigem Kontakt miteinander stehen, um eine Übertragung der Lastaufnahmen sowohl in der ersten Richtung (X211) als auch radial zur ersten Richtung (X211) zu ermöglichen.
