Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wing arrangement with a wing of a window or a door according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for frontal mounting of a fitting part in a C-shaped wing groove in the fold of a frame profile of a wing, a window or a door The wing arrangement in question according to claim 13.
  • Fittings are used to operate a window or door leaf.
  • a fitting designates the entirety of the fitting parts that are mounted in the rebate of the sash and are coupled to the fitting gear.
  • the hardware gear is connected to a turning handle provided on the outside of the sash, by means of which the individual hardware components are actuated.
  • the fitting parts are, for example, closers, drive rods, rocker bolts, corner drives or scissors, in particular turn-tilt scissors and / or their guides.
  • the respective fitting parts are arranged in the fold of the frame of the respective wing.
  • the frame profile of the wing has a C-shaped groove in the rebate, in which the individual fitting parts are generally arranged so as to be displaceable and ultimately connected to the fitting gear.
  • the DE 10 2011 080 795 B3 relates to a fastening arrangement for fastening a component to a groove of a window or a door with a clamping element, into which a screw is screwed, which projects through the component.
  • a positive and / or non-positive connection is provided between the groove and the screw.
  • From the EP 2 955 302 A1 shows a wing profile with a transmission rod that can be pivoted into a groove of the wing profile. After pivoting in, the transmission rod is slidably received in the groove, the transmission rod being overlapped by two groove legs of the groove on the edge.
  • the object of the present invention is now to provide a sash arrangement with which assembly and disassembly of a fitting part is possible in a simple manner.
  • the distance from the groove base of one groove section to the free end of the groove leg of the other groove section is greater than the width of the fitting part.
  • the fitting part with one edge section is inserted obliquely into one of the groove sections of the wing groove and then swiveled into the wing groove.
  • the solution according to the invention offers the essential advantage that the arrangement of the fitting or the fitting part in the sash arrangement is not only facilitated during the initial assembly. In particular when a fitting part is subsequently replaced, the solution according to the invention makes it possible without further ado to do this even with the sash fitted.
  • an edge leg protruding from the front is provided on at least one longitudinal side of the fitting part for engaging behind a groove leg of the wing groove.
  • the long side of the base body is preferably angled to form the edge leg.
  • each angle leg forms an edge groove with the associated edge leg for inserting a further fitting part.
  • two spaced-apart angle legs are also provided on the front of the base body, but the free ends of which are directed towards one another, so that a C-shaped groove is formed, which are also designed to insert a further fitting part into the groove ,
  • a fitting part which can in particular be a drive rod, which as such forms the substructure or a base for fastening a further fitting part.
  • the (first) fitting part is also possible for the (first) fitting part to be a component in which at least one drive rod extension is provided in the longitudinal direction at the end.
  • this fitting part has a base body which is provided for insertion, specifically for pivoting, into the wing groove of the wing. Swinging in is possible, as stated above, since the width of this fitting part is in any case greater in the region of the base body than the free slot opening of the wing groove. In the pivoted-in state, however, the base body is generally not centered in the wing groove. This is because the wing groove ultimately has a greater width than the base body, that is to say the base body is arranged with play in the wing groove.
  • a cover which can be placed on the base body and at least substantially covers the front side of the base body is provided.
  • the aforementioned cover first of all has the function of covering the front of the base body or of the fitting part which is inserted into the wing groove, which on the one hand has optical-aesthetic reasons, but also serves to protect against contamination.
  • the cover can be detachably connected to the base body.
  • the releasable connection can be realized via a snap connection.
  • the base body has a groove-shaped depression on the underside between the angle legs, forming a free space on the underside.
  • the base body in the area of the free space preferably has the same wall thickness as in the rest.
  • the free space essentially serves to absorb material residues of the base body, which may arise, for example, when screwing in a punch screw for fastening the further fitting part, there.
  • the base body is mirror-symmetrical to its central longitudinal axis.
  • the mirror-symmetrical design has significant assembly advantages, since during assembly there is no need to pay attention to the arrangement in which the base body or the fitting part is inserted into the wing groove.
  • the fitting part also serves in particular as a base for attaching another fitting part.
  • the further fitting part of the fitting is provided in particular for detachable connection to the fitting part and can be placed on it or else pushed on.
  • the further fitting part can be used to center the base body or the fitting part in the wing groove.
  • the angle legs or the edge grooves formed between the angle legs and the edge legs or the groove provided on the upper side between the two angle legs serve to fasten the further fitting part to the fitting part.
  • “inserting the further fitting part” does not necessarily mean that the further fitting part is completely inserted into the groove. It is also possible for only a part or areas of the further fitting part to be inserted into the groove.
  • the further fitting part has a connecting body.
  • the connection body can ultimately be the base or base body of the further fitting part, as is the case, for example, with a closer.
  • the connection body can also simply be a connection element which is provided on the actual functional fitting part. This is the case, for example, if the connector body is attached to a rocker bolt, scissors or a corner drive is provided. In this case, however, it is preferred that the connection body is either formed in one piece with the functional fitting element in question or is at least firmly connected to it.
  • two feet are provided on the underside of the connecting body, each with at least one engagement projection for engaging in the edge grooves on the fitting part.
  • the further fitting part By inserting the feet in the edge grooves on the fitting part, there is a secure arrangement of the further fitting part on the fitting part. Ultimately, the further fitting part then only has to be firmly connected to the fitting part at the intended location in the groove.
  • a foot with at least one engagement projection for engaging in the C-shaped groove on the fitting part is provided on the underside of the connecting body. The secure arrangement of the further fitting part on the fitting part then results from the insertion of the foot in the C-shaped groove.
  • the feet on opposite sides each have an engagement projection for engaging behind an angle leg of the fitting part.
  • the engagement projections either face one another or away from one another. In any case, by engaging behind the angled legs on both sides through the engagement projections, a secure mounting of the further fitting part on the fitting part can be ensured as a result even with high force.
  • At least one, in particular releasable, fastening means is provided for fastening the fitting part to the further fitting part.
  • a screw connection is used for this.
  • a continuous screw opening for a screw, in particular a punch screw is provided in the connection body for fixing the further fitting part to the fitting part.
  • the screw opening is preferably located in the region of the longitudinal central axis of the connection body, so that the screw acts on the increase in the base body when the further fitting part is screwed to the fitting part.
  • punch screw that is provided for punching through the base body, punch remnants that result from screwing or punching are then accommodated in the space below the elevation.
  • the fittings To mount the fittings, they are usually inserted into the wing groove and moved towards each other. This can be done by moving one fitting part in the direction of the other fitting part or vice versa. In principle, it is also possible to move both fitting parts towards one another.
  • the further fitting part is to be attached to the fitting part, the further fitting part is in any case above the fitting part in the wing groove. In principle, it is also possible in this context to place the additional fitting part directly on the fitting part in the wing groove and then to fix it, although this is not the normal case.
  • a projection tapering in the longitudinal direction and / or on the underside towards its free end for arrangement between the angle legs of the fitting part is provided.
  • the wedge shape of the projection provided in the longitudinal direction can ensure that the base body of the fitting part is centered in the wing groove, in particular in such a way that the central longitudinal axis of the base body runs directly above the central longitudinal axis of the wing groove.
  • the wedge shape on the underside of the projection ensures that when the further fitting part is pushed onto the base body, the connection body is raised above the underside slope of the projection, so that the further fitting part runs onto the base body of the fitting part, which considerably simplifies assembly.
  • connection body is mirror-symmetrical with respect to its central longitudinal axis with respect to the foot or feet, the legs, the screw opening and / or the projection.
  • the connecting body is designed as a closer, this facilitates the mounting of the further fitting part on the fitting part.
  • the individual components of the wing arrangement are matched to one another, in such a way that the fitting part can be pivoted into the wing groove and is firmly held in the assembled state and that the further fitting part can either be swung onto the first fitting part or can be pushed onto or pushed onto this.
  • the dimensions of the other fitting are also matched to the wing groove.
  • the dimensions of the components of the wing groove and the further fitting part are such that the distance between the outer sides of the legs of the further fitting part is the same or slightly smaller than the width of the free groove opening of the C-shaped wing groove.
  • “Slightly smaller” means that the fitting part is at least essentially free of play or only with very little play, preferably at most 2 mm, in particular at most 1 mm, in the free groove opening. The less the play between the further fitting part and the free, mutually directed ends of the groove legs of the wing groove, the better the centering of the fitting part in the wing groove is ensured.
  • the feet of the further fitting part engage in the edge grooves on the base body of the fitting part, while the edge legs of the fitting part each engage behind a groove leg of the wing groove.
  • the invention provides for frontal mounting of the fitting part arrangement in the sash groove in the rebate of the frame profile of the sash that the fitting part with a longitudinal edge is inserted frontally into a groove section of the sash groove and pivoted into the sash groove.
  • the other fitting part is inserted at another point in the fitting part in the wing groove.
  • the further fitting part it is fundamentally also possible for the further fitting part to be placed directly on the fitting part after the fitting part has been pivoted in. As a rule, however, one fitting part is displaced towards the other fitting part or both fitting parts towards one another in the wing groove.
  • the further fitting part is located above the fitting part, specifically at the point where the further fitting part is to be firmly connected to the fitting part. This is then preferably carried out via a screw connection, in particular via at least one punch screw.
  • fitting part with the angular legs facing away from one another which each form edge grooves with the associated edge legs, also has independent inventive significance without the fitting part being necessarily part of a wing arrangement.
  • a fitting part is basically intended for use with a wing arrangement of the aforementioned type.
  • FIG. 1 A wing arrangement 1 is shown with a wing 2 of a window.
  • the wing 2 is pivotally mounted on a frame 3.
  • a handle 4 To open and Closing the wing 2 is a handle 4 which can be rotated by 90 ° or 180 ° from the vertically aligned position shown.
  • the handle 4 interacts with a fitting gear, not shown, which in turn interacts with a fitting 5.
  • the wing 2 has a circumferential frame profile 6 which has a C-shaped wing groove 7 which is open towards the frame 3.
  • the wing groove 7 is arranged in the fold of the frame profile 6 of the wing 2.
  • Another fitting part in the form of a closer 9 is provided, while in the embodiment according to the Fig. 13 and 14 the further fitting part is designed as a toggle 10.
  • the further fitting part can also be designed as a corner deflection or scissors.
  • the relevant statements regarding the closer 9 and the rocker bolt 10 thus also apply to other fitting parts that are fundamentally different in terms of their function and design.
  • the following explanations apply insofar as they relate to the drive rod 8 and / or the closer 9 and / or the rocker bolt 10, also to other possible fitting parts which are usually arranged in the wing groove 7 in the fold of the frame profile 6, refer, even if these fittings are not specified in detail below.
