Abstract

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein vormontiertes Rillengleitabschluss-System für Fensterbänke und sonstige Brüstungs-, Parapet- und Mauerabdeckungen.
Ein Rillengleitabschluss im Sinne der gegenständlichen Erfindung ist ein Element, auf welchem das Ende eines Abdeckelements aufliegt, wobei sich das Abdeckelement in der Ebene der Auflagefläche bewegen kann, also über das Abschlusselement gleiten kann. Erfindungsgemäße Rillengleitabschlüsse können einen Abschluss für das Abdeckelement zu einer Wand oder einer Laibung bilden, oder den Abschluss bzw. die Verbindung eines Abdeckelements zu einem benachbarten Abdeckelement. Alternativ könnte der Rillengleitabschluss als Rillengleitelement Rillengleitprofil, Rillengleitverbinder etc. bezeichnet werden. Bekannte Rillengleitabschluss-Systeme sind in Einzelschritten zu montieren. Das heißt die Seitenabschlüsse, also die Gleitelemente, sind vorab zu montieren. Die Vormontage ist aufwendig und zeitintensiv, daher auch kostenrelevant. Aufwendig ist vor allem, dass die Seitenabschlüsse vorab montiert werden müssen und dabei sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal exakt auszurichten sind. Auch der Winkel der Seitenabschlüsse zum Fenster und der Fassade oder sonstigen Oberflächen muss vorab eingerichtet werden. Zusätzlich ist der exakte Abstand zwischen den beiden angebrachten Abschlüssen zu beachten. Ist das aufwändige Einrichten der einzelnen Abschlüsse und Verbinder geschehen sind diese noch zu fixieren. Dafür können sie mit der Fensterlaibung oder der Brüstung bzw. dem Parapet verklebt oder verschraubt werden, wobei dafür oft eine aufwendige Montage von Winkeln oder Konsolen notwendig ist. Die Fensterbank wird dann auf die montierten Rillengleitabschlüsse aufgelegt und kann sich dort "bewegen". Die thermisch bedingte Längenänderung der Fensterbank ist somit von der Fassade entkoppelt. Nachteilig an diesem Montagesystem ist zudem, dass bei Sonnenschutzsystemen die Führungsschienen vom Behang oft über die Sohlbankkante hinunter ragen, wobei in diesem Fall bei bereits montierten Rillengleitabschlüssen keine Fensterbank mehr eingeschoben werden kann. Der Fensterbankanschraubsteg würde bei den Führungsschienen anstehen.
Herkömmliche Rillengleitabschlüsse mit den genannten Nachteilen sind beispielsweise in der

Die der Erfindung zu Grunde liegende Aufgabe besteht darin, die Montage eines Rillengleitabschluss-Systems zu vereinfachen und zu beschleunigen. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird vorgeschlagen, mittels einer flexiblen Klebeverbindung die seitlichen Rillengleitabschlüsse (Endstücke/Bordprofile/Abschlüsse) mit der Fensterbank oder dem sonstigen Abdeckelement zu verkleben. Somit kann das gesamte und komplette Abdeck- bzw. Fensterbanksystem als Einheit montiert werden, sodass sich die Ausrichtung der Rillengleitabschlüsse maßgeblich vereinfacht. Diese "Einheit" ermöglicht es auch das Abdeck- bzw. Fensterbanksystem unter Sonnenschutz-Führungsschienen, welche über die Sohlbankkante ragen einzufädeln und ordnungsgemäß zu montieren.
In weiterer Folge wird die Erfindung am Beispiel Fensterbank beschrieben, welche im Vergleich zu Brüstungs-, Parapet- oder Mauerabdeckungen oder Dachumrandungen den wohl häufigsten Anwendungsfall darstellt.
Bevorzugt erfolgt das flexible Verkleben der Rillengleitabschlüsse mit der Fensterbank durch die Dichtstreifen, indem diese elastisch und zumindest an deren Grund- und Deckfläche klebend ausgeführt sind. Die Dichtstreifen sind also sowohl am Rillengleitabschluss als auch an der Fensterbank angeklebt, sodass diese in der Lage zueinander fixiert sind, wobei die geforderte Bewegbarkeit der Fensterbank bei montierten Rillengleitabschlüssen über die elastische Verformbarkeit der flexiblen Klebeverbindung erhalten bleibt. Eine flexible Verbindung ist erfindungsgemäß auch über einen Keder (verstärkter Rand eines Stoffs, einer Plane oder einer Gummidichtung) möglich, welcher in den Rillengleitabschluss bzw. Abdeckelement integriert ist. Der Keder kann in eine Schiene bzw. Nut im Abdeckelement oder Gleitabschluss dichtend eingesetzt sein, und das an den Keder anschließende frei Ende das dichten Stoffs, der Plane bzw. der Gummidichtung mit dem jeweils anderen Element dichtend verbunden, insbesondere verklebt werden. Die Gummidichtung kann auch an beiden Enden einen Keder aufweisen, wobei einer in eine Nut am Rillengleitabschluss eingesetzt ist und der andere in eine Nut am Abdeckelement.
In einer erfindungsgemäßen Variante ist die Verklebung reversibel bzw. lösbar, wobei bevorzugt die Klebeverbindung der Fensterbank mit dem Dichtstreifen weniger stark ausgebildet ist, als die Klebeverbindung des Dichtstreifens mit dem Rillengleitabschluss. Das Lösen der Klebeverbindung kann durch Krafteinsatz erfolgen oder durch einen gewollten, allmählichen Verlust der Klebewirkung, beispielweise aufgrund der Witterung (Feuchtigkeit und/oder Temperaturwechsel) oder aufgrund wiederholter Relativbewegung zwischen Fensterbank und Rillengleitabschluss. Durch den Verlust der Klebewirkung ergibt sich eine echte lose Lagerung der Fensterbank, sodass das flexible Klebematerial der Ausdehnung der Fensterbank keinen Widerstand entgegen setzt.
Die Verklebung erfolgt bevorzugt dadurch, dass Schaumstoffe, oder elastische klemmbare Gummiwerkstoffe, welche den Dichtstreifen bilden mit einer unteren und einer oberen Klebeschicht versehen werden. Die Verklebung kann in einer zweiten bevorzugten Variante durch elastische, spritzbare Klebe-Dichtstoffe erfolgen, welche beispielsweise in Form einer Klebe-Raupe auf den Rillengleitabschluss aufgetragen werden und so bevorzugt auch den Dichtstreifen bilden können.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von beispielhaften Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Wie in
Zudem kann das Rillengleitabschluss-System bevorzugt zumindest zwei entfernbare Abstandhalter umfassen, welche bis zur abgeschlossenen Montage in die Dehnfugen zwischen dem Abdeckelement 2 und den Rillengleitabschlüssen 1 eingesetzt sind, um eine mittige Montage des Abdeckelements 2 sicher zu stellen. Zudem kann das System bevorzugt zwei Dichtpflaster (Butylpflaster) umfassen, welche je über alle drei angrenzenden Flächen je eines Eckbereichs der Anschlussleiste 2.1 des Abdeckelements 2 und einem Rillengleitabschluss 1 geklebt wird. Jeder Rillengleitabschluss 1 weist zumindest einen Auflageschenkel 1.1 auf, oder kann auch nur aus einem mit Nuten bzw. Rillen versehenem Auflageschenkel 1.1 bestehen. Die beiden seitlichen Enden des Abdeckelements 2 liegen auf den Auflageschenkeln 1.1 der beiden Rillengleitabschlüssen 1 auf.
Bei der Vormontage wird werkseitig zumindest je ein Dichtstreifen 3 in je eine Rille bzw. Nut jedes der beiden Rillengleitabschlüsse 1 eingeklebt und die Rillengleitabschlüsse 1 in exakter Ausrichtung und Abstand zu einander auf das Abdeckelement 2 aufgeklebt, wobei zur vereinfachten Ausrichtung die entfernbaren Abstandhalter bereits auf den Rillengleitabschlüssen 1 aufgelegt sein können, wobei die Abstandhalter leicht klebend ausgeführt sein können. Die Rillengleitabschlüsse 1 weisen an ihrem hinteren, dem Gebäude zugewandten Ende bevorzugt ein parallel zur Anschlussleiste 2.1 liegendes Flachstück 1.3 auf, welches den Eckbereich zwischen dem vertikalen Schenkel 1.2 und dem Auflageschenkel 1.1 des Rillengleitabschlusses 1 abschließt. Alternativ kann dieser Eckbereich offen sein und in Anlehnung an die
Zwischen dem Flachstück 1.3 und der Anschlussleiste 2.1 kann ein Dichtmaterial eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise durch Beschichtung des Flachstücks 1.3. Alternativ kann beim vormontierten System auf der Rückseite, also der dem Gebäude zugewandten Fläche, welche durch die Anschlussleiste 2.1 und das Flachstück 1.3 gebildet ist, eine Dichtung meist in Form eines Fugendichtbands aufgeklebt werden, beispielsweise über die gesamte Länge oder nur im Eckbereich. Bevorzugt erstreckt sich das Fugendichtband auch zumindest über eine Teillänge des vertikalen Schenkels 1.2.

Bevorzugt weist der Auflageschenkel 1.1 zumindest vier Nuten auf, wobei in zwei dieser Nuten ein Dichtstreifen 3 eingesetzt ist und an den vertikalen Schenkel 1.2 zumindest eine freie Nut anschließt und zwischen den Nuten mit Dichtstreifen zumindest eine freie Nut angeordnet ist. Bevorzugt sind beide dieser Dichtstreifen 3 beidseitig klebend ausgeführt, sodass das vormontierte System eine verbesserte Verwindungssteifigkeit aufweist.
Die mit Dichtstreifen 3 versehenen Nuten sind breiter als die Dichtstreifen 3 ausgeführt, um die Beweglichkeit der Dichtstreifen nicht einzuschränken. Die Dichtstreifen 3 werden in die Nuten eingeklebt und stehen etwas aus diesen vor, wobei die Dichtstreifen 3 bevorzugt durch das Gewicht des auf diesen aufgeklebten Abdeckelements 2 soweit komprimiert werden, dass das Abdeckelement 2 auf den Stegen 1.4 aufliegt.
Die erste an den vertikalen Schenkel 1.2 anschließende Nut kann bevorzugt in die Dehnfuge zwischen Abdeckelement 2 und vertikalem Schenkel 1.2 hineinragen.
