Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Beladen von Maschinen zur Verarbeitung von Schüttgutmaterialien, insbesondere von Materialien, die in Ballen vorliegen können, wie z.B. gewebte oder ungewebte Textil- oder Kunststofffasern, -garne oder -abfälle, wobei diese Vorrichtung umfasst:a) einen Vorratsbehälter (8) mit einer Gruppe von Wänden, die zwischen einer Basis und einem Oberteil verlaufen, wobei das Oberteil offen ist, damit die zu ladende Materialmasse (2) dort eingeführt werden kann, und auch mit einer Öffnung (14) in einer Wand, die von dieser Basis des Vorratsbehälters (8) aus verläuft;b) eine Antriebsvorrichtung, die in der Basis des Vorratsbehälters (8) angeordnet ist, um ein Materialband (3) in eine Antriebsrichtung (4) zur Öffnung (14) hin und durch diese hindurch zur zu beladenden Maschine hin zu fördern,c) ein Messer (15), das an einer Oberkante (26) der Öffnung (14) angeordnet ist, mit einer Klinge (17), die im Wesentlichen gerade und parallel zur Basis des Vorratsbehälters (8) ist, wobei diese Klinge (17) in einer hin- und hergehenden Bewegung im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Antriebsrichtung (4) des Materialbands (3) beweglich ist, um in das zur Öffnung (14) hin mitgenommene Material zu schneiden, um die Oberseite zu begrenzen und die Dicke des Materialbands (3) zu regeln, wobei das abgeschnittene Überschussmaterial in die Materialmasse (2) geleitet wird;wobei diese Ladevorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie außerdem eine Ausgleichvorrichtung für die hin- und hergehende Bewegung der Klinge (17) umfasst.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (15) mit einer Steuerstange (18) verbunden ist, die über eine Kurbelwelle (19) angetrieben wird, die auf einer Drehwelle (20) verkeilt ist, um die hin- und hergehende Bewegung der Klinge zu gewährleisten, wobei die Ausgleichvorrichtung bevorzugt ein Gegengewicht (21) umfasst, das auf dieser Drehwelle (20) verkeilt ist.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem einen feststehenden Kamm (25) umfasst, der bevorzugt abnehmbar ist und über der Klinge (17) angeordnet ist, um zu verhindern, dass das Material der Bewegung der Klinge (17) folgt.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (17) eine Schneidkante (24) aufweist, die unter der Höhe der Innenfläche (23) des Messers (15) liegt, wobei diese Innenfläche (23) bevorzugt im Wesentlichen glatt ist.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinge (17) mehrere abnehmbare Segmente (22) umfasst, deren Zahl bevorzugt zehn beträgt.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsrichtung mindestens zwei Platten (6, 7) umfasst, die auf einer Höhe liegen, die tiefer ist als die der Oberkante (26) der Öffnung (14), und mit einer ersten Gruppe vorspringender Elemente (5) versehen sind, insbesondere in Form von Haken, die in die Antriebsrichtung orientiert sind, wobei mindestens eine erste dieser Platten (6) in einer hin- und hergehenden Bewegung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Antriebsrichtung (4) des Materialbands (3) beweglich ist, und mindestens eine andere dieser Platten (6, 7) entweder unbeweglich ist oder in einer hin- und hergehenden Bewegung beweglich ist, die relativ zu der der mindestens einen ersten dieser Platten (6, 7) phasenverschoben ist, sodass die vorspringenden Elemente (5) der mindestens einen ersten Platte (6) eine Materialmenge zur Öffnung (14) hin mitnehmen, wenn sie sich in diese Richtung bewegt, und die mindestens eine andere Platte (6, 7) das Material zurückhält, damit es von den vorspringenden Elementen (5) der mindestens einen ersten Platte (6) nicht mitgenommen wird, wenn diese sich in der Gegenrichtung bewegt.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Platten (6, 7) auf abnehmbare Weise montiert und bevorzugt verbolzt ist.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine bewegliche Platte (6) an einer beweglichen Stange (9) befestigt ist, die bevorzugt mit hydraulischem Antrieb ist und/oder durch Halterollen getragen wird, wovon mindestens ein Teil außerhalb dieser liegt.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (8) in einer Wand, die der der Öffnung (14) entgegengesetzt ist, mindestens einen Schlitz (11) umfasst, der mit einem vorspringenden Element (5) der mindestens einen beweglichen Platte (6) ausgerichtet ist, damit dieses vorspringende Element in seiner hin- und hergehenden Bewegung diesen Schlitz (11) mindestens partiell durchqueren kann, und dadurch, dass das vorspringende Element (5) eine Verlängerung (12) in der Richtung entgegengesetzt zu der des Antriebs aufweist, die eine Oberkante (13) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen horizontal ist, mit einer Höhe, die kleiner ist als die des Schlitzes (11), dieser aber bevorzugt entspricht, um diesen Schlitz (11) während der gesamten hin- und hergehenden Bewegung der beweglichen Platte (6) mindestens partiell einzunehmen, wodurch der Durchgang des mitzunehmenden Materials durch den Schlitz (11) im Wesentlichen versperrt wird.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (8) auf einer Wand, die der Öffnung (14) gegenüberliegt, eine zweite Gruppe von Elementen (5') umfasst, die in der Antriebsrichtung vorspringen.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorratsbehälter (8) außerdem auf einem feststehenden Gestell (27) kippbar montiert ist, mit einer Kippachse (28), die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Basis des Vorratsbehälters (8) und rechtwinklig zur Antriebsrichtung (4) ist, um die Höhenverstellung der Oberkante (26) der Öffnung (14) zu erlauben.
- Ladevorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem einen Wagen (29) umfasst, um das Beladen des Vorratsbehälters (8) mit Material zu erleichtern, wobei dieser Wagen (29) mit der gleichen Kippachse (28) wie der Vorratsbehälter (8) kippbar montiert ist.
