- Sachet tubulaire (10) comprenant un corps (20) et un fond intégré par scellage (30), notamment un fond qui permet au sachet de tenir vertical, dans lequel le fond (30) est inséré sous contrainte de tension dans le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire et présente un scellage à bords repliés ('fin scal') (50),

- Sachet tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le fond (30) présente une couche barrière.
- Sachet tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire et le tronçon tubulaire (40) consistent en un tube formé par scellage à bords chevauchants ('lap seal') ou extrudé selon une forme de tube.
- Sachet tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les arêtes de découpe (60) du corps (20) du sachet tubulaire et du tronçon tubulaire (40) sont disposées de manière à ne pas entrer en contact avec l'intérieur (70) du sachet tubulaire (10).
- Sachet tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité scellée (80) du tronçon tubulaire est refoulée et/ou scellée selon un angle.
- Sachet tubulaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord (100) du tronçon tubulaire (40) est scellé avec le bord (101) du corps (20) du sachet tubulaire sur une faible portion seulement.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un sachet tubulaire (10) comprenant un corps (20) et un fond intégré par scellage (30), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :a) découper un tronçon tubulaire (40) dans le tube constituant le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire ;b) sceller une extrémité libre (90) du tronçon tubulaire (40) par un scellage à bords repliés (50) ;c) introduire dans le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire l'extrémité scellée (80) du tronçon tubulaire, laquelle extrémité scellée (80) est disposée en regard du corps (20) ; etd) sceller le bord (100) du tronçon tubulaire (40) avec le bord (101) du corps (20) du sachet tubulaire.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un sachet tubulaire (10) comprenant un corps (20) et un fond intégré par scellage (30), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :a) découper un tronçon tubulaire (40) dans le tube constituant le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire ;b) sceller une extrémité libre (90) du tronçon tubulaire (40) par un scellage à bords repliés (50) ;c) introduire dans le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire l'extrémité scellée (80) du tronçon tubulaire, laquelle extrémité scellée (80) est orientée vers l'extérieur du corps (20) ; etd) sceller le bord (100) du tronçon tubulaire (40) avec le bord (101) du corps (20) du sachet tubulaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'étape b) peut être exécutée avant ou en même temps que l'étape a).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le scellage à bords repliés (50) consiste en un scellage chair sur chair du tronçon tubulaire (40).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le scellage à bords repliés (50) consiste en un scellage cuir sur cuir du tronçon tubulaire (40).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (90) du tronçon tubulaire (40) est relevée avant le scellage.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le corps (20) du sachet tubulaire est étiré radialement avant l'introduction de l'extrémité scellée (80) du tronçon tubulaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité scellée (80) du tronçon tubulaire est refoulée et/ou scellée selon un angle.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le bord (100) du tronçon tubulaire (40) est scellé avec le bord (101) du corps (20) du sachet tubulaire sur une faible portion seulement.
