Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Wärmebehandlung einer textilen Warenbahn, insbesondere zum Farbfixieren, mit einem dampfdichten Gehäuse mit mindestens einer Behandlungskammer mit mindestens einer Umlufteinrichtung mit mindestens einem Umluftventilator und oberhalb und unterhalb der Warenbahn angeordneten Düsenkästen, mit einer Transportvorrichtung zum im wesentlichen ebenen Führung der Warenbahn durch das Gehäuse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung mindestens einen mit Abstand zu einer Vorderwand (26) des Gehäuses (10) angeordneten Walzengang aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, mit mindestens zwei Behandlungskammern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzengang im Bereich, in dem die Behandlungskammer (12, 13) aneinanderstoßen, angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzengang zwei Leitwalzen (21, 22) und eine Zugwalze (23) aufweist, wobei die Leitwalzen (21, 22) dicht hintereinander und die Zugwalze (23) in der Mitte unterhalb der Leitwalzen (21, 22) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugwalze (23) gleichzeitig als Ausrichtwalze ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor und hinter dem Gehäuse (10) eine Eingangsschleuse (9) und eine Ausgangsschleuse (11) angeordnet sind, sich die Eingangs- und Ausgangsschleuse (9, 11) von Bodennähe bis über eine Transportebene der Warenbahn (1) erstrecken und in Bodennähe nach unten offene, mit Absaugeinrichtungen verbundene Vorkammern (37) aufweisen.
- Anlage zum Färben einer textilen Warenbahn, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung zum Farbfixieren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
