Claims (4)

  1. Palan à chaîne comportant un pignon à chaîne (4) pour transmettre la force de levage à la chaîne (3) par complémentarité de formes et un guide de chaîne (2) qui est disposé dans la région du pignon à chaîne (4) pour guider la chaîne (3), notamment une chaîne à maillons ronds, sur le pignon à chaîne (3), le guide de chaîne (2), le pignon à chaîne (4) et la chaîne (3) étant rassemblés pour former une unité de construction (1) de telle sorte que l'unité de construction (1) est fixée d'un seul bloc au palan à chaîne (7) lors d'un montage et que l'unité de construction (1) est détachée d'un seul bloc du palan à chaîne (7) lors d'un démontage, caractérisé en ce que le guide de chaîne (2) est monté de façon flottante sur le pignon à chaîne (4) et sur la chaîne (3) en engagement avec le pignon à chaîne (4).
  2. Palan à chaîne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guide de chaîne (2) est bloqué en rotation, par référence à la direction de rotation du pignon à chaîne (4), par rapport au palan à chaîne (7), notamment au boîtier de réducteur à engrenages (22) de celui-ci, au moyen d'une goupille (17).
  3. Palan à chaîne selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de construction (1) comporte en plus une tôle anti-emmêlement (20) dotée de perçages pour le passage du brin en charge et du brin à vide de la chaîne (3), une pièce d'extrémité (5) disposée à une extrémité de la chaîne (3) et un crochet porte-charge (6) disposé à l'autre extrémité de la chaîne (3).
  4. Palan à chaîne (4) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un amortisseur (8) est enfilé sur la chaîne (3) et fixé à celle-ci respectivement dans la région de la pièce d'extrémité (5) et dans la région du crochet porte-charge (6), et les amortisseurs (8) font également partie de l'unité de construction (1).
