Claims (11)
- Dispositif destiné à centrer une formation imbriquée (2) de produits imprimés (3), doté d'un convoyeur (4) entraîné qui comprend au moins un organe de transport (5), lequel déplace la formation imbriquée (2) horizontalement, et doté d'un bâti (6) disposé sur une section du convoyeur (4), bâti sur lequel sont prévus des moyens entraînés (7) destinés à aligner latéralement la formation imbriquée (2), ces moyens comprenant une première unité d'alignement (8) disposée latéralement à gauche vu dans la direction du transport (18) et une seconde unité d'alignement (9) disposée latéralement à droite vu dans la direction du transport (18) caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des moyens (15), lesquels désagrègent la formation imbriquée (2) du dessous.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (15) destinés à désagréger la formation imbriquée (2) sont disposés sur l'organe de transport (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (15) destinés à désagréger la formation imbriquée (2) sont des bossages (16) qui percutent du dessous verticalement des produits individuels (3) de la formation imbriquée (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les bossages (16) sont disposés respectivement sur un organe de transport (5) conçu comme un rouleau de transport (14) et tournent simultanément avec celui-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins quelques-uns des rouleaux de transport (14) comprennent plusieurs bossages (16) qui sont disposés sur la périphérie du rouleau de transport (14) correspondant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les bossages (16) sont conçus radialement en saillie.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux unités d'alignement (8, 9) forment tout d'abord une zone d'entrée (E) et ensuite une zone de stabilisation (B), vu dans la direction de transport (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'entrée (E) comprend des rouleaux verticaux (11) entraînés, au-dessus desquels est posée au moins une bande sans fin (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les bandes sans fin (12) sont disposées respectivement dans une zone inférieure des rouleaux verticaux (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des rouleaux verticaux (10), lesquels forment un espace de transport libre et sont libres, sont disposés dans la zone de stabilisation (B), de sorte que la formation imbriquée (2) est guidée dans cette zone de stabilisation (B) directement sur ces rouleaux verticaux (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'entrée (E) est conçue en convergeant de façon conique.
