Claims (8)
- Kartuschenkolben mit mindestens einer Entüftungsöffnung (8) und mindestens einem die Entüftungsöffnung (8) abdeckenden Entlüftungselement, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entlüftungselement mindestens eine Abdeckscheibe (9) ist, die zwischen ihrer zur Entlüftungsöffnung (8) weisenden Anlagefläche (11) und einer entsprechenden Auflagefläche (12) am Kartuschenkolben (1) eine quer zur Kolbenachse verlaufende Labyrinthstrecke (13) bildet.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagefläche (11) der Abdeckscheibe (9) und/oder die Auflagefläche (12) am Kartuschenkolben (1) eine vorbestimmte Oberflächenrauhigkeit zur Bildung der Labyrinthstrecke (13) aufweist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlagefläche (11) der Abdeckscheibe (9) und/oder die Auflagefläche (12) am Kartuschenkolben (1) eine Oberflächenrauhigkeit zwischen 10 und 50 µm aufweist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an seiner zur Kartuscheninnenseite weisenden Stirnfläche (6) eine Ausnehmung (7) zur Aufnahme der Abdeckscheibe (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (12) in Richtung der Entlüftungsöffnung (8) konisch nach innen verläuft.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem oberen Rand der Ausnehmung (7) ein Ringbund (10) zur verasteten Halterung der Abdeckscheibe (9) innerhalb der Ausnehmung (7) angeordnet ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheibe (9) flexibel ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheibe (9) aus einem weichen Kunststoff besteht.
