Description
Claims (8)
- Abdichtung für relativ zueinander hin- und hergehende Maschinenteile, insbesondere Ventilschaftabdichtung, bestehend aus einer unter radialer Federvorspannung an dem einen Maschinenteil anliegenden Dichtlippe aus Elastomer und einem die Dichtlippe tragenden hülsenförmigen Halteteil, der axial über die Dichtlippe übersteht und gleichzeitig zur Befestigung der Abdichtung an dem zweiten Maschinenteil dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteteil (5) im überstehenden Abschnitt (6) mit mindestens einem im wesentlichen schräg nach innen gerichteten Vorsprung (8), der in eine Ausnehmung (9) in der Mantelfläche (7) des zweiten Maschinenteils (3) eingreift, versehen ist, wobei der Vorsprung (8) im Halteteil (5) durch einen aus dem überstehenden Abschnitt (6) ausgeklinkten Materialabschnitt gebildet ist.
- Abdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nach innen gerichtete Vorsprung (8) im Mittelbereich zwischen der Dichtlippe (1) und dem der Dichtlippe (1) abgewandten Ende des Halteteils (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Abdichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung der Mantelfläche (7) des zweiten Maschinenteils (3) als eine Ringnut (9) ausgebildet ist
- Abdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteteil (5) im Bereich des die Dichtlippe (1) tragenden Abschnitts (10) mit mindestens einem in Axialrichtung verlaufenden Schlitz versehen ist.
- Abdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteteil (5) im überstehenden Hülsenabschnitt (6) mit mindestens einem in Axialrichtung verlaufenden Schlitz versehen ist
- Abdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteteil (5) am Ende des überstehenden Hülsenabschnittes (6) trompetenförmig nach außen aufgeweitet ist
- Abdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteteil (5) aus einem Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Abdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 für die Verwendung als Ventilschaftabdichtung, wobei das erste Maschinenteil als Ventilschaft (4) und das zweite Maschinenteil als Ventilschaftführung (3) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (9) zur Aufnahme des Vorsprungs (8) des Halteteils (5) in der Ventilschaftführung (3) angeordnet ist.
