Description

Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Möbelindustrie. Sie betrifft eine Nackenstütze für einen Bürodrehstuhl mit einer zwecks Neigungsverstellung beweglich an einem Träger gelagerten Rückenlehne.
Stand der Technik
Bekannt sind Bürostühle mit einer Rückenlehnenmechanik oder einer Synchronmechanik, welche eine Neigung der Rückenlehne während der Benutzung realisieren. Der Trend der Hersteller bei derartigen Stühlen geht zur Zeit dahin, immer stärkere Rückenlehnenneigungen zu ermöglichen.
Für die Bandscheibenentlastung ist dies ohne Zweifel von Vorteil. Für die Nackenmuskulatur ist dies jedoch problematisch, da der Nutzer mehr Kraft aufwenden muß, um das nach hinten geneigte Kopfgewicht zu halten.
Dies führt bei längerem Sitzen in der zurückgeneigten Haltung zwangsläufig zu Nackenverspannungen, insbesondere dann, wenn in der zurückgeneigten Haltung am Minitor gearbeitet wird. Um dies zu verhindern, benötigt ein Stuhl mit starker Rückenlehnenneigung eine Kopf- oder Nackenstütze.
Bürostühle mit Kopfstützen oder auch mit hohen Rückenlehnen, die den Kopfbereich stützen, sind seit längerem auf dem Markt vertreten. Die Kopfstützen sind in ihrer Höhe unveränderlich und meist nicht neigungsverstellbar. Es sind aber auch Lösungen bekannt, bei welchen die Neigung der Kopfstütze mit Hilfe eines zwischen Rückenlehne und Kopfstütze angeordneten Gelenkes verändert werden kann.
Die bekannten Kopfstützen haben den Nachteil, daß es dem Benutzer nicht möglich ist, in der zurückgelehnten Haltung am Monitor zu arbeiten, weil sie den Kopf bzw. den Nacken nicht punktgenau so unterstützen, daß eine Kopfhaltung gestützt wird, die einen praktikablen Sichtwinkel zum Monitor ermöglicht.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Die Erfindung versucht, diesen genannten Nachteil des bekannten Standes der Technik zu vermeiden. Ihr liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Nackenstütze für einen Bürodrehstuhl zu entwickeln, mit welcher es möglich ist, den Nacken des Benutzers auch in der zurückgeneigten Position so zu unterstützen, daß ein ergonomisch richtiger Blickwinkel zum Monitor gegeben ist. Es soll eine individuell exakt angepaßte Abstützung des Nackens für unterschiedliche Arbeitssituationen realisiert werden.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dies bei einer Nackenstütze für einen Bürodrehstuhl mit einer zwecks Neigungsverstellung beweglich an einem Träger gelagerten Rückenlehne und mit einer zwischen Rückenlehne und Nackenstütze angeordneten Gelenkverbindung mit einem Neigungswiderstand zur Verstellung der Neigung der Nackenstütze dadurch erreicht, daß die Nackenstütze zusätzlich höhenverstellbar ist, wobei die Höhenverstellung einer Kreisumlaufbahn folgend ausgebildet ist, und der Neigungsverstellungswiderstand der Nackenstütze einstellbar ist.
Die Vorteile der Erfindung bestehen darin, durch es die Kombination von Neigungs- und Höhenverstellbarkeit der Nackenstütze jederzeit möglich ist, während der Benutzung des Bürodrehstuhles eine punktgenaue Stützung des Kopf- und Nackenbereiches zu realisieren und somit einen ergonomisch richtigen Blickwinkel zu Monitor einzustellen. Nackenverspannungen werden beim Benutzer somit verhindert. Durch den individuell einstellbaren Neigungswiderstand des Neigungsgelenkes wird es dem Nutzer vorteilhaft selbst überlassen einzustellen, wie schwergängig das Gelenk verstellbar sein soll.
Es ist zweckmäßig, wenn die Nackenstütze aus einem tragenden Rahmen mit zwei gekrümmten Seitenstegen, welche jeweils eine Gelenkpfanne aufweisen, sowie mit einer Traverse besteht und aus einem gekrümmten Polsterteil, bestehend aus einer u-förmigen Polsterplatte mit Nutensteinen und dem Polster selbst, wobei die Seitenstege eine innenseitige Führungsnut zur Aufnahme der Nutensteine der Polsterplatte aufweisen und die Traverse eine mittig angeordnete Führungsbahn zur zusätzlichen Führung der Polsterplatte aufweist. Auf diese Weise kann sehr einfach durch Verschiebung der Polsterplatte in der Führungsnut der Seitenstege eine Höhenverstellung der Nackenstütze realisiert werden.
Von Vorteil ist es, wenn die Rückenlehne einen Rückenlehnenrahmen mit zwei Gelenkpfannen aufweist, welche mit den Gelenkpfannen des Rahmens der Nackenstütze korrespondieren, wobei in den Gelenkpfannen des Rückenlehnenrahmens jeweils zwei Tellerfedern axial angeordnet sind, welche mittels einer die Gelenkpfannen des Rahmens der Rückenlehne und des Rahmens der Nackenstütze verbindenden Schraubverbindung vorspannbar sind. Durch einfaches Lockeren oder Festdrehen der Schraube ist es möglich, einen bestimmten Reibwert zwischen den Gelenkpfannen des Nackenstützenrahmens und den Gelenkpfannen des Rückenlehnenrahmens zu realisieren. Daraus resultiert ein bestimmter Widerstand der Neigungsverstellung.
Aus Gründen der Montierbarkeit weist einerseits vorteilhaft die u-förmige Polsterplatte der Nackenstütze zwecks Aufklappbarkeit ihrer Stege oben ein Filmscharnier auf. Damit kann sie inklusive Polsterteil problemlos über die Traverse des Nackenstützenrahmens gebracht werden. Andererseits sind die Stege an ihrem unteren Ende mittels Verbindungsmitteln, vorzugsweise Schrauben, verbindbar, so daß das Polsterteil fest am Rahmen angebracht ist und während der Benutzung nicht verrutscht.

Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles und der Figuren 1 bis 5 näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Bürodrehstuhl 1 mit erfindungsgemäßer Nackenstütze 2 während der Benutzung an einem Computer-Arbeitsplatz. Der Bürodrehstuhl 1 weist eine an einem Träger 3 beweglich gelagerte Rückenlehne 4 auf. Diese Rückenlehne 4 ist in ihrer Neigung verstellbar. Die Rückenlehne 4 und die Nackenstütze 2 sind über eine Gelenkverbindung 5, welche in Fig. 4 näher beschrieben ist, verbunden. Wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, sitzt ein Benutzer insbesondere bei der Arbeit an einem Monitor 6 in zurückgelehnter Haltung im Bürodrehstuhl. Mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäßen höhen- und neigungsverstellbaren Nackenstütze wird die Kopf- und Nackenhaltung des Benutzers punktgenau so gestützt, daß ein ergonomisch richtiger Blickwinkel zum Monitor gegeben ist, d.h. die Bildschirmoberkante des Monitors 6 und die Augenhöhe des Benutzers befinden sich auf einer (gedachten) horizontalen Sichtlinie 7.
Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch in einer Seitensicht die Höhenverstellbarkeit und Fig.3 die Neigungsverstellbarkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Nackenstütze 2. Von der Nackenstütze 2 sind dabei jeweils nur die gekrümmten Seitenteile 8 des Rahmens und das gekrümmte Polsterteil 9 zu sehen. Außerdem ist die Gelenkverbindung 5 zwischen Nackenstütze 2 und Rückenlehne 4 dargestellt. Die durchgezogenen Linien in Fig. 2 zeigen die Nackenstütze 2 in zurückgeschobener Stellung (geringste Höhe) des Polsterteiles 9, die gestrichelten Linien in der höchsten Stellung. Auf Grund der gekrümmten Bauteile folgt die Höhenverstellung einer Kreisumlaufbahn (siehe Strich-Punkt-Linie).
In Fig. 3 ist die Nackenstütze 2 in einer Standardstellung dargestellt (durchgezogenen Linien), die gestrichelten Linien zeigen sie in einer nach vorn in Richtung des Benutzers geneigten Stellung.
Fig. 4 zeigt einen Teillängsschnitt durch Nackenstütze und Rückenlehnenträger des Bürodrehstuhles 1, aus welchem der genaue Aufbau der erfindungsgemäßen Nackenstütze 2 hervorgeht. Die Nackenstütze 2 besteht aus einem tragenden Rahmen mit zwei kreissegmentförmig gekrümmten Seitenstegen 8, von denen aus Symmetriegründen nur ein Steg 8 in Fig. 4 abgebildet ist, sowie einer die Stege 8 verbindenden Traverse 10 und einem gekrümmten Polsterteil 9. Das Polsterteil 9 besteht aus einer u-förmigen Polsterplatte 11 und dem Polster 12 selbst.
Die Seitenstege 8 des Nackenstützenrahmens besitzen an ihrem unteren Ende jeweils eine Gelenkpfanne 16. Sie verfügen außerdem über eine innenseitige Führungsnut 13. Die Polsterplatte 11 ist seitlich jeweils mit Nutensteinen 14 versehen, welche in der Führungsnut 13 geführt werden. Die Traverse 10 weist eine mittig angeordnete Führungsbahn 15 auf, in welcher die Polsterplatte 11 zusätzlich geführt wird. Durch Verschiebung der Polsterplatte 11 in der Führungsnut 13 bzw. Führungsbahn 15 wird somit die Höhenverstellung der Nackenstütze 2 realisiert.
Die Rückenlehne 4 weist einen Rückenlehnenrahmen 17 mit zwei Gelenkpfannen 18 auf, welche mit den beiden Gelenkpfannen 16 an den Seitenstegen 8 der Nackenstütze 2 korrespondieren. In den Gelenkpfannen 16 des Rückenlehnenrahmens 17 sind jeweils zwei Tellerfedern 19 axial angeordnet. Eine Schraubverbindung 20 hält einerseits die beiden Gelenkpfannen 16, 18 zusammen, andererseits dient sie dazu, die Tellerfedern 19 derart vorzuspannen, daß ein bestimmter Reibwert zwischen den beiden Gelenkpfannen 16 des Rahmens der Nackenstütze 2 und den beiden Gelenkpfannen 18 an der Rückenlehne 4 wirksam wird und so ein bestimmter Widerstand der Neigungsverstellung resultiert. Der Widerstand des Neigungsgelenkes 5 ist notwendig, damit die Nackenstütze einerseits das Kopfgewicht hält und andererseits eine situative Verstellung der Neigung zuläßt. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung kann somit ein Nutzer des Bürostuhles individuell einstellen, wie schwergängig das Gelenk verstellbar ist.
Fig. 5 zeigt in einer Seitendarstellung die Nackenstütze 2 mit Montagebauteilen 21, 22. Aus Gründen der Montierbarkeit der Nackenstütze 2 ist an der u-förmige Polsterplatte 11 zwecks Aufklappbarkeit ihrer Stege ein Filmscharnier 21 angeordnet. Auf diese Weise kann das u-förmige Polsterteil 9 auseinandergeklappt und einfach über die Traverse 10 des Rahmens der Nackenstütze 2 gebracht werden. Danach werden die beiden Stege des Polsterteiles 9 von unten mittels Verbindungselemente 22, hier Schrauben, miteinander verbunden, so daß das Polsterteil fest am Rahmen angebracht ist und während der Benutzung nicht verrutscht.
Selbstverständlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf das beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt.

Claims (4)

  1. Nackenstütze (2) für einen Bürodrehstuhl (1) mit einer zwecks Neigungsverstellung beweglich an einem Träger (3) gelagerten Rückenlehne (4) und mit einer zwischen Rückenlehne (4) und Nackenstütze (2) angeordneten Gelenkverbindung (5) mit einem Neigungswiderstand zur Verstellung der Neigung der Nackenstütze (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nackenstütze (2) höhenverstellbar ist, wobei die Höhenverstellung einer Kreisumlaufbahn folgend ausgebildet ist, und daß der Neigungswiderstand der Nackenstütze (2) einstellbar ist.
  2. Nackenstütze (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nackenstütze (2) aus einem tragenden Rahmen mit zwei gekrümmten Seitenstegen (8), welche jeweils eine Gelenkpfanne (16) aufweisen, sowie mit einer Traverse (10) besteht und aus einem gekrümmten Polsterteil (9), bestehend aus einer u-förmigen Polsterplatte (11) mit Nutensteinen (14) und dem Polster (12) selbst, wobei die Seitenstege (8) eine innenseitige Führungsnut (13) zur Aufnahme der Nutensteine (14) der Polsterplatte (11) aufweisen und die Traverse (10) eine mittig angeordnete Führungsbahn (15) zur Führung der Polsterplatte (11) aufweist.
  3. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückenlehne (4) einen Rückenlehnenrahmen (17) mit zwei Gelenkpfannen (18) aufweist, welche jeweils mit den Gelenkpfannen (16) des Rahmens der Nackenstütze (2) korrespondieren, wobei in den Gelenkpfannen (16) des Rückenlehnenrahmens (17) jeweils zwei Tellerfedern (19) axial angeordnet sind, welche mittels einer die Gelenkpfannen (16, 18) des Rahmens der Rückenlehne (4) und des Rahmens der Nackenstütze (2) verbindenden Schraubverbindung (20) vorspannbar sind.
  4. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus Montagegründen die u-förmige Polsterplatte (11) zwecks Aufklappbarkeit ihrer Stege oben ein Filmscharnier (21) aufweist und die Stege an ihrem unteren Ende mittels Verbindungsmitteln (22), vorzugsweise Schrauben, verbindbar sind.
