Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIET
Die Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der Sitzmöbel, insbesondere eine Nackenstütze für einen Stuhl für den Bürobereich.
STAND DER TECHNIK
Insbesondere im Bürobereich ist es wichtig, dass der Benutzer eines Stuhles die Möglichkeit hat, sich wiederholt von der während der Arbeit eingenommenen Sitzposition zu entspannen. Dazu ist es nicht nur notwendig, den Winkel zwischen Ober- und Unterkörper duch Zurücklehnen zu öffnen, sondern auch dem Kopf bzw. Nacken eine Ruhemöglichkeit zu geben. Dazu dient die Nackenstütze.
Eine Nackenstütze für einen Bürostuhl ist zum Beispiel bekannt aus EP 1'192'880 A2. Bei dieser Nackenstütze ist ein Haltestab an der Rückseite der Stuhllehne gelenkig angebunden, und auf diesem Haltestab gleitet eine Führungshülse, an deren oberem Ende das Kopfpolster befestigt ist. Haltestab und Führungshülse sind kreisbogenförmig ausgebildet. Der Abstand des Kopfpolsters zum Kopf bzw. Nacken des Benutzers wird hauptsächlich durch ein Schwenken des Haltestabes um das Gelenklager an der Rückenlehne verändert. Zusätzlich erfolgt eine solche Veränderung aber auch bei einer Höhenverstellung des Kopfpolsters durch Gleiten der Führungshülse auf dem Haltestab wegen des kreisbogenförmigen Bewegungsweges.
Die bekannte Konstruktion hat sich in der Praxis zwar bewährt, vermag jedoch ästhetisch nicht ganz zu befriedigen, da die Anbringung des Gelenklagers an der Rückenlehne das einheitliche Erscheinungsbild derselben stört. Ferner ist auch der Herstellaufwand nicht unbedeutend, und ist die Einstellung der Entfernung des Kopfpolsters vom Kopf des Benutzers durch die auf einer Kreisbahn erfolgende Höhenverstellung nicht hinreichend flexibel.
Eine andere Nackenstütze ist bekannt aus EP 1'186'257 A2. Bei dieser Nackenstütze ist ein kreisbogenförmiger Haltestab an der Oberkante der Rückenlehne angelenkt, auf dem eine gleichfalls kreisbogenförmige Führungshülse, die in das Kopfpolster integriert ist, auf und ab gleiten kann.
Auch diese Nackenstütze hat sich an sich bewährt, weist aber, wie die erstgenannte, den Nachteil auf, dass die Entfernung des Kopfpolsters vom Kopf des Benutzers nicht in einem optimal großen Bereich einstellbar ist.
DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Nackenstütze für einen Stuhl, insbesondere einen Bürostuhl, derart weiterzuentwickeln, dass sie einerseits ästhetisch ansprechend diskret und ohne übermäßigen Herstell- und Montieraufwand an der Rückenlehne angebracht werden kann, andererseits aber dennoch einen großen Einstellbereich für den Kopf des Benutzers aufweist. Insbesondere soll die Nackenstütze diese Eigenschaften auch bei der Montage an einer höhenverstellbaren und neigbaren Rückenlehne aufweisen.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 und der Unteransprüche gelöst.
Der Kern der Erfindung ist die Idee, einen geraden Haltestab gelenkig an der Oberkante der Rückenlehne anzubinden, und auf diesem verschiebbar eine gerade Führungshülse vorzusehen, an deren oberem Ende das Kopfpolster angelenkt ist. Der Schwenkbereich des Haltestabes soll von der Richtung der Lehne aus etwa 35° nach vom betragen, der des Kopfpolsters etwa 40°. Basierend auf diesem Grundkonzept kann die Nackenstütze dann im technischen Detail so ausgeführt werden, dass sie ästhetisch ansprechend und ohne großen Aufwand herstellbar und montierbar ist, und insbesondere zusammen mit einer in der Höhe und Neigung verstellbaren Lehne einen optimalen Einstellbereich für den Benutzer ergibt.
KURZE BESCHREIBUNG DER ZEICHNUNGEN
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand eines in Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Dabei zeigt:
  • Fig. 1 schematisch die Funktion und den Verstellbereich der erfindungsgemäßen Nackenstütze,
  • Fig.2 die Ansicht der Einzelteile der erfindungsgemäßen Nackenstütze in Explosionsdarstellung,
  • Fig.3 rechts die erfindungsgemäße Nackenstütze in Ansicht von vorn, und links den Schnitt A-A der Darstellung auf der rechten Seite, und
  • Fig. 4 rechts oben einen Schnitt durch das Lager an der Lehnenoberkante, und links davon und darunter die Schnitte B-B, C-C, und F-F.
    • WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNG
    In Fig. 1 ist ein Ausschnitt aus dem oberen mittleren Teil der Rückenlehne 1 eines Bürodrehstuhles dargestellt, an welchem über ein unteres Gelenklager 3 ein gerader Haltestab 2 angebunden ist. Auf diesem Haltestab 2 ist verschiebbar die Führungshülse 4 angeordnet, die an ihrem oberen Ende das obere Gelenklager 5 aufweist. An diesem Gelenklager 5 ist mit seinem oberen Teil das Kopfpolster 6 angelenkt.
    Es sind vier verschiedene mögliche Positionen des Kopfpolsters 6 dargestellt:
    In der ersten Position verlaufen Haltestab 2 und Führungshülse 4 in Verlängerung der Rückenlehne 1, also im Bild senkrecht nach oben, wobei die Führungshülse 4 ihre tiefste Stellung einnimmt. In der zweiten Position steht die Führungshülse 4 gleichfalls senkrecht, aber in ihrer höchsten Stellung.
    In der dritten und vierten Position ist die Führungshülse 4 nach vorn geneigt, und das Kopfpolster 6 befindet sich einmal in der tiefsten und einmal in der höchsten Stellung.
    Erfindungsgemäß soll der Schwenkbereich um das untere Gelenklager 3 bis etwa 35°, der um das obere Gelenklager 5 bis etwa 40° betragen. Die Länge des Auszugs der Führungshülse 4 auf dem Haltestab 2 beträgt etwa 70 mm. Diese kurze Auszugslänge ist durch die Anbringung der Nackenstütze an einer nicht nur in der Neigung, sondern auch in der Höhe verstellbaren Rückenlehne möglich: die grobe Einstellung kann dann mit der Lehne des Stuhles erfolgen, und die Verstellbarkeit der Nackenstütze dient nur der Feineinstellung. Insgesamt ergibt sich damit ein beachtliches Einstellspektrum.
    Aus Fig.2 ist ersichtlich, dass der Haltestab 2 unten einen Zylinder 7 angeformt hat. Dieser Zylinder 7 liegt im montierten Zustand zwischen dem Zylinder 8 und dem Zylinder 9, die beide am oberen Ende des Lagerfußes 10 angeformt sind.
    Zur Montage werden die beiden Kulissensteine 13 zusammen mit der Spiralfeder 28 in den Zylinder 7 eingesetzt und gegeneinander gedrückt. Dann wird der Zylinder 7 zwischen die Zylinder 8 und 9 gebracht und der Druck auf die Feder 28 weggenommen. Dadurch treten die Kulissensteine 13 in die Zylinder 8 und 9 ein, und der Haltestab 2 wird damit gelenkig gelagert. Wie insbesondere auch aus Fig. 4 Schnitten B-B und C-C ersichtlich, weist der Zylinder 7 am Haltestab 2 eine derartige innere Formgebung auf, dass sich die Kulissensteine 13 nicht drehen können. Im Zylinder 8 bzw. 9 ist die Formgebung jedoch derart, dass die Kulissensteine 13 zwischen den Anschlägen 14 einen Drehraum haben, der die Verschwenkung des Haltestabes 2 ermöglicht.
    Damit der Haltestab 2 in jeder eingestellten Schwenkposition feststeht, sind in den Zylindern 8 und 9 Tellerfedern 15 vorgesehen, die mittels einer Spannschraube 16 unter Spannung gesetzt werden, sodass der Haltestab 2 durch die damit erzeugte Reibung gehalten wird.
    Der Aufbau des oberen Gelenklagers 5 ist prinzipiell identisch mit dem geschilderten Aufbau des unteren Gelenklagers 3. Es wird deshalb nicht noch einmal eigens beschrieben, und die entsprechenden Einzelteile tragen keine eigenen Bezugszeichen. Anders ist dieses Lager jedoch insofern, als die den Zylindern 8 und 9 entsprechenden Zylinder an der Lasche 26 angebracht sind, die mittels der Schrauben 27 am Rahmen 23 des Kopfpolsters 6 befestigt werden.
    Die Bewegung der Führungshülse 4 auf dem Haltestab 2 wird durch die Gleitringe 21 stabilisiert. Diese weisen Gleitnoppen 24 auf, und greifen nach der Montage in die Kerben 22 des Haltestabes 2 ein. Der Clip 20 gleitet in dem Führungsschlitz 19 und fasst mit seiner Nase in die Ausnehmung 25 der Führungshülse 4, und dient somit als Auszugssicherung für die auf dem Haltestab 2 gleitende Führungshülse 4.
    In Fig.2 ist gut ersichtlich, dass das Kopfpolster 6 auf einem Rahmen 23 gehalten wird. Vorteilhafterweise wird der vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehende Rahmen 23 zur Erzeugung des Kopfpolsters 6 in Polyurethan (PUR) eingeschäumt. Dadurch ist das Kopfpolster 6 in seiner Mitte weich und erzeugt für den Benutzer ein erhöhtes Komfortgefühl.
    In Fig. 3 ist die erfindungsgemäße Nackenstütze im montierten Zustand gezeigt. Die schon beschriebenen Teile sind auch im montierten Zustand ohne weiteres verständlich und werden deshalb nicht noch einmal beschrieben.
    Lediglich die Befestigung des unteren Gelenklagers 3 in der Lehne 1 des Stuhles wird daher noch beschrieben:
    Wie ersichtlich, steckt der Lagerfuß 10 schwertartig im Schacht 11 der Lehnenplatte 12. Wie auch aus Fig.2 ersichtlich, weist der Lagerfuß unten eine Rastnase 17 auf, die in die Ausnehmung 18 der Lehnenplatte 12 einrastet und den Lagerfuß 10 damit fest verankert. Die Montage der Nackenstütze an der Oberkante der Lehne 1 ist dadurch extrem einfach, aber dennoch sicher.
    In Fig.4 sind nochmals die Einzelheiten des unteren Lagers 3 dargestellt, die - wie schon gesagt - auch denen des oberen Lagers 5 entsprechen. Besonders die Funktion der Kulissensteine 13 in den Zylindern 7, 8, und 9 ist aus Fig.4 gut verständlich.
    Zusammenfassend ist festzustellen, dass die erfindungsgemäße Nackenstütze durch ihre lineare Höhenverstellung und ihre Schwenkbarkeit um zwei Lager ein Höchstmaß an Komfort für den Benutzer ergibt, aber dennoch mit verhältnismäßig geringem Aufwand herstellbar und montierbar ist.

    Claims (9)

    1. Nackenstütze für einen Stuhl, mit einem Kopfpolster (6) an einer Führungshülse (4), die auf einem Haltestab (2) verschiebbar ist, wobei der Haltestab (2) über ein Lager (3) an der Oberkante der Rückenlehne (1) des Stuhles angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopfpolster (6) an einem zweiten Gelenklager (5) am oberen Ende der Führungshülse (4) angelenkt ist, und sowohl Haltestab (2) als auch Führungshülse (2) geradlinig ausgebildet sind, sodass sich eine lineare Höhenverstellbarkeit des Kopfpolsters (6) ergibt.
    2. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Gelenklager (3) einen Schwenkbereich von etwa 35°, und das obere Gelenklager (5) einen Schwenkbereich von etwa 40° hat.
    3. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Gelenklager (3) einen am Haltestab (2) unten angeformten ersten Zylinder (7), und einen zweiten (8) und dritten (9) am Lagerfuß (10) oben angeformten Zylinder umfasst, wobei der Lagerfuß (10) schwertartig in den Schacht (11) in der Lehnenplatte (12) einführbar ist, und wobei die Rotation des ersten Zylinders (7) zwischen dem zweiten (8) und dem dritten (9) Zylinder mittels im Innern der Zylinder (7,8,9) eingestzter Kulissensteine (13) ermöglicht wird.
    4. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Innern des zweiten (8) und des dritten (9) Zylinders jeweils ein Rotationsfreiraum mit Anschlag (14) für die Kulissensteine (13) vorgesehen ist, und dass ferner in ihrer Reibungskraft einstellbare Elemente (15,16) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer die Rotation des Haltestabes (2) einstellbar gebremst wird.
    5. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerfuß (10) an seinem unteren Ende eine Rastnase (17) aufweist, die zwecks Verankerung des Lagerfußes (10) im Schacht (11) der Lehnenplatte (12) in eine Ausnehmung (18) des Schachtes (11) einrastbar ist.
    6. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltestab (2) einen längs verlaufenden Führungsschlitz (19) aufweist, in welchem zwecks Auszugssicherung ein Clip (20) gleitet, der mit seiner Nase in eine Ausnehmung (25) der Führungshülse (4) greift.
    7. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Lager (3) und das obere Lager (5) in ihrem prinzipiellen Aufbau identisch sind.
    8. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopfpolster (6) aus einem auf einen Rahmen (23) geschäumten PUR-Werkstoff besteht.
    9. Nackenstütze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an einer höhenverstellbaren Lehne (1) vorgesehen ist.
