Definitions
- the present invention relates to a container, in particular a chute, from one Cardboard blank for a goods sales display, with a bottom wall and itself Side walls extending transversely to the bottom wall.
- the goods chutes are preferably arranged on a folding base can be connected to this. Also the design of the goods chutes is very different. All geometric shapes that can be made from cardboard blanks Container shapes are conceivable. A commonly used shape has one rectangular bottom wall, from which vertical side walls extend upwards. The rear side wall is higher than the front side wall, see above that better removal is possible. The side walls can then be designed so that they make a smooth transition from the have rear to front side wall. In addition to optical aspects, which of course play a significant role in the presentation of goods the cardboard boxes also have a suitable strength. Often times the cardboard containers are cut separately or already in one piece the base connected in a flat non-use position, so that it can be transferred to its use position on site using simple folding technology can be. This position of use must then be used for the various purposes be sufficiently stable.
- At least one side wall as a hollow chamber wall with at least one delimiting the hollow chamber front wall section and one delimiting the hollow chamber opposite rear wall section is formed and at least one of the Wall sections designed to generate a side wall biasing force curved is.
- Double folding cardboard material for production already known from stable walls.
- a pretensioning force applied by at least one of the wall sections by holding this wall section curved or arched in position becomes.
- the entire side wall is thereby preloaded, so that there is a significant increase in stability.
- the hereby designed hollow chamber also acts as an attenuator, especially since bounded on one side at least one relatively stably prestressed wall section is.
- the front and rear wall sections can preferably be designed in one piece be and along at least one fold line to produce the hollow chamber on each other worked out.
- the side wall is thus made up of contiguous Elements. Since these are connected to each other via the fold line, leave they also just pretension against each other.
- the front wall section can be folded against the bottom wall adjoin and the rear wall section on a free edge have at least one plug-in tab that fits into at least one plug-in receptacle the bottom wall can be inserted.
- the rear Wall section in the receptacle can also be locked in at the same time the biased position can be achieved. It is therefore conceivable to use the preload by applying the wall sections themselves and the wall sections then by inserting the tabs into the receptacles in this position to keep.
- the plug receptacle is essentially directly between the fold line front wall section and floor wall adjacent. This will also the area of the floor wall was not significantly reduced.
- it can also be supplementary or also in sole configuration that between adjacent to each other front wall sections and / or rear wall sections of two side walls in each case at least one further one, essentially delimited by fold lines Wall section is provided, which is biased curved as an expansion element and the front and / or rear wall section for generating the Sidewall bias force presses into its curved position.
- This configuration is particularly suitable for variants in which only either the front one or the rear wall section of a side wall is curved, while the other wall section can remain straight.
- Push-in tabs on the rear wall section can e.g. only the front one Wall section be curved, while the rear wall section this curvature locked via the tabs and correspondingly shorter (circular chord) is designed.
- a particularly simple variant provides that the further wall section from is bounded by two arched folding lines, so that the further Wall section against the curvature of the front and / or rear Wall section is curved.
- this can mean that their outsides both are convex or both concave.
- This can preferably Curvature take place mirror-symmetrically, by the fold lines also being symmetrical be designed.
- the outside of the further wall section may preferably be concavely curved should.
- Such an embodiment is particularly insensitive to impact and has one correspondingly large hollow chamber, which in cross section e.g. be lenticular can.
- the side walls adjoining one another can be formed by means of a arranged on at least one transverse edge of a front wall section Insert tabs connected to each other, which in the hollow chamber of the adjacent Sidewall is inserted laterally. At least because of the preload a wall section, it is also possible to insert the tab in the hollow chamber to jam so that a particularly firm hold in the corner area or the border of the two side walls is given. Can also be curved by the Shape with appropriate design, the insertion tabs this way be formed that there is an additional locking. This would be e.g. given the design of a convex, further wall section, the defines the upper side edge of a side wall.
- Adequate pre-tension in the corner area adjacent to each other Side walls that also affect the adjacent wall sections of these two side walls can be achieved by the further Wall section between the front wall section and the insertion tab is arranged.
- the further wall section then located in the transition area transmits on the one hand via the direct connection to the wall section one side wall and via indirect connection via the insert tab with the wall section of the second side wall the corresponding bias. This also stiffens the corners of the container very strongly.
- the goods dumps shown in the figures are in most cases together with also consisting of at least one cardboard blank Used bases on which they sit.
- the base and the goods container then provide a free-standing goods sales display that is used for product presentation and sales offer.
- the display container 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a rectangular base and essentially comprises a bottom wall 2 and four perpendicular to this arranged side walls 3 to 6, which project above them.
- a front wall which is designed to be lower in height is, as the parallel arranged rear side wall 6, when it is around the rear wall of the display case 1.
- Between these side walls 3 and 6 extend the side walls 4 and 5. These are based on the rear side wall 6 and inclined towards the front side wall 3 trained to adapt according to the heights of the side walls 3 and 6.
- the rear side wall 6 is designed as a double-folded normal side wall, whereas the side walls 3 to 5 are designed as hollow chamber walls.
- FIG. 2 The cross-sectional representation through the side wall 4 in FIG. 2 shows that each of the hollow chamber side walls 3 to 5 from a front Wall section 7, a rear wall section 8 and one between these two extending further wall section 9, which also serves as an expansion element for pushing apart or pretensioning the front and rear wall sections 7 and 8 are used relative to each other. Between these wall sections 7, 8 and 9 there is a hollow chamber 10 which extends from the inner surfaces of the Wall sections 7, 8 and 9 is delimited.
- the further wall section 9 is from the upper edges 15 and 16 bounded, respectively on the front and rear Corner 17 and 18 converge and are otherwise convexly curved away from each other are.
- the wall section 9 is biased convexly both in the transverse direction between the upper edges 15 and 16 and in Seen towards the front corner 17 and 18.
- the lower edge 14 of the rear Wall section 8 is on the bottom wall 2 in a manner to be described in more detail locked. A locking on the front wall section 7 would also be conceivable.
- the structure of the side wall 5 is identical to the structure of the side wall 4, which is why with regard to their components to what has already been described by means of the same reference numbers Reference is made.
- the cardboard blank essentially comprises the rectangular, single-layer design Bottom wall 2, the transverse edges of each of a fold line 19 and 20 and Longitudinal edges are defined by a fold line 21 or 22.
- To fold line 19 or 20 is followed by the cut area for the front wall section 7. This is bounded in each case by the lower fold line 19 or 20 perpendicular to it arranged fold lines, which essentially extend the fold lines 22 23 and in the extension of the folding line 21 extending folding lines 24 and one the upper edge 15 forming curved fold line, which is between the free ends of fold lines 23 and 24 extends.
- To the fold line defining the upper edge 15 a fold line defining the upper edge 16 is arranged in mirror symmetry. The blank is further between these two fold lines Wall section 9.
- An insertion flap 27 is connected to the fold line 23 over its entire height on, whereas adjacent to the fold line 24 on the opposite Side of the front wall section 7 connects the insertion tab 28.
- the rear side wall 6 consists of a front, rectangular wall section 29 and a rear wall section 30 of substantially the same size delimited from one another by a fold line 31 running parallel to the fold line 22 are.
- the front side wall 3 consists of that immediately adjacent to the fold line 21 front wall section 32, which laterally has free marginal edges and after is delimited at the top by the curved fold line 34. Again mirror-symmetrical to the fold line 34 there is a further curved fold line 35, the ends of which meet each other and are curved convexly opposite to each other are, so that between these a further adapted in lens cross-sectional shape Wall section 36 are arranged. Adjacent to the fold line 35, the closes rear wall section 33.
- the wall sections 32 and 33 are essentially designed the same size.
- All wall sections of the side walls 3 to 6 have a length that for Forming a peripheral side wall necessary in the finished display container 1 to lead.
- the rear wall sections 8, 30 and 33 of the four side walls 3 to 6 each have on their outward-facing free edge two at a distance from each other arranged tabs 37 on.
- the height of the clip is essentially the same the thickness of the cardboard material.
- These plug tabs 37 are in corresponding punched plug-in receptacles 38 can be inserted into the bottom wall 2, so that the side walls 3 to 6 are locked there.
- the plug-in receptacles 38 border immediately to the associated folding lines 19 to 22 and run parallel to them.
- the wall sections 9 and 8 can be folded over along the fold lines 15 and 16 become.
- the shape of the fold lines 15 and 16 results in this folding process automatically prestresses, especially if the wall section 9 is pressed in concavely.
- the associated tabs 37 of the wall section 8 in the corresponding adjacent inserted on the folding line 20 arranged receptacles 38.
- a Hollow chamber side wall 4 or 5 is hereby formed.
- the insertion tabs 28 on the fold lines 24 by 90 ° inwards folded over so that they stand on the bottom wall 2. Then it folds up of the front wall section 32 along the fold line 21 and the Wall sections 36 and 33 along the fold lines 34 and 35, so that then the Insert tabs 28 in the hollow chamber of the front side wall 3 thus formed are located. The locking takes place again via the plug-in tabs 37, which are in the associated Plug-in receptacles 38 are introduced.
- the wall section 36 concave pressed inwards so that a preload on the wall sections 32 and 33 is given.
- the design of the corner regions 25 then ensures one clean transition of the side walls 3 and 4 or 3 and 5, since the inside are designed accordingly curved.
- the display container 1 shown in FIG. 4 has a hexagonal structure.
- the bottom wall 2 is designed as a hexagonal surface. Extend from this vertically upwards, the essentially seamlessly joined side walls 39.
- Each side wall 39 has a front wall section 40 and one inside the container facing rear wall section 41. While the rear Wall sections 41 essentially seamlessly at the corner regions 42 butt, there are further wall sections between the front wall sections 40 43 interposed.
- the outside 44 of the front wall portion 40 is outwardly convex, as in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 5 is recognizable, whereas the outside 45 of the rear wall section 41 is straight runs in a plane and quasi a chord to the outside 44 of the front Wall section 40 represents.
- the further wall section 43 is to the front Wall section 40 is designed opposite (concave) curved.
- the shape of the further wall section 43 corresponds essentially to that in the front view Shape of a lens cross section. Between the front wall section 40 and the the rear wall section 41, in turn, the hollow chamber 10 is arranged.
- the bottom wall 2 is the outer circumference of a common six of equal length Secksecks forming folding lines 46 bounded.
- the fold lines 46 follow the front wall section 40.
- the front wall section 40 is laterally open bounded on one side by a convex edge 47 and on the other Page through a convexly curved fold line 48.
- the fold line 48 separates at the same time the further wall section 43 from the front wall section 40 Fold line 48 extends over the entire height of the front wall section and merges into a corner of the hexagon in the area of the fold line 46.
- the further wall section 43 is delimited by a fold line 49, which is mirror-symmetrical to fold line 48 is configured so that the lens cross-sectional shape of the further wall section 43 results. Start and end points of fold lines 48 and 49 are essentially identical in each case.
- the rear wall section 41 borders on the front wall section 40 by means of a Fold line 50, which runs parallel to fold line 46.
- the rear wall section is essentially rectangular with beveled corners and pointing at its free Edge edge at a distance arranged plug tabs 37, which in suitable Plug-in receptacles 38 can be inserted into the bottom wall 2 and locked there.
- the Plug-in receptacles 38 are rectangular slots that are essentially in the direction extend the fold line 46 and immediately adjoin it.
- the fold line 49 closes directly at the further wall section 43 separately a plug-in tab 51.
- This insert tab is due to the shape of the Cardboard blank adapted to the edge 47 of the front wall section 40.
- the insertion tab 51 is used for insertion into the hollow chamber 10 so that it with the cardboard blank erected between the front and the rear Wall section 40, 41 is arranged and for a secure locking of the side walls 39 ensures each other.
- Two of the side walls 39 additionally show themselves in the area of their fold line 50 along to this extending insertion slots 52. These serve for one if necessary Later attachment of an additional billboard that is made of design or Advertising reasons can be inserted there.
- a special feature of this embodiment is that the curved Fold line 48 and 49 only acts in the area of the front wall section 40, so that only this one is curved, whereas the rear wall section 41 just remains. It is therefore slightly smaller in height than the front one Wall section 40. By concavely pressing in the further wall section 43 this curvature then results inwards.
- the insertion tab 41 also takes this bulge so that it is on the adjacent front wall section 40 hugs so that there is a very nice transition between the further Wall portion 43 and the front wall portion 40 of the adjacent side wall 39 results.
- the prestressed hollow chamber side wall results a very stable structure.
- the arrangement of the individual wall sections of the first and second exemplary embodiments can be arbitrarily chosen to each other, so that a combination is quite conceivable.
- the shape of the bottom wall 2 can be as long as required closed side walls can be generated. Accordingly, the cardboard cut could 6 a further wall section is provided in the area of the fold line 50 3, in the area of Fold lines 23 and 24 could be provided a further wall section. Also a complete replacement of these variants with a different shape of the bottom wall 2 is easily possible.
