Das Untertrum des Förderelementes 3 ist parallel zur Stützfläche (10) geführt und läuft um Umlenk- und/oder Antriebsrollen um.
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport eines flächigen Warenstückes (1'), beispielsweise eines Abschnittes einer Warenbahn (1) aus textilem Werkstoff, aus Papier, aus Pappe, aus Kunststoff, aus Blech oder aus einer Folie, wobei das Warenstück in horizontaler Ausrichtung von einem ersten diskontinuierlich arbeitenden Transportmittel (4,7) an ein zweites Transportmittel (12) übergebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Transportmittel im wesentlichen aus einem ersten band-, riemen- oder kettenartigen Förderer (12) mit mindestens einem Förderelement (3) oder zwei quer zur Förderrichtung voneinander beabstandeten Förderelementen (3) besteht, wobei jedem Förderelement (3) eine sich parallel zur Förderrichtung (6) verlaufende Auflagefläche (10) zugeordnet ist, auf der das jeweilige Förderelement (3) sich beim Ablauf unter Zwischenlage von Teilen des Warenstückes (1') abstützt, dass entweder jedes Förderelement (3) der ersten Förderer (12) an seinem entgegen Transportrichtung (6) gerichteten Umlenkende (14) jeweils um ein erstes Umlenkrad (16) umgelenkt ist, das zu diesem ersten Umlenkrad (16) hin laufende Obertrum des Förderelementes (3) unter Bildung einer Schlaufe (13) zweifach um ein zweites und ein drittes Umlenkrad (25,18) umgelenkt ist, wobei das erste Umlenkrad (16) und das diesem hinsichtlich des zulaufenden Obertrums als nächstes benachbarte zweite Umlenkrad (25) gemeinsam aus der Grundstellung entgegen Transportrichtung in eine Übernahmestellung und zurück in die Grundstellung verstellbar ist, wobei sich das in Transportrichtung ablaufende Untertrum an der Anlagefläche (10) abstützt, so daß jedes Förderelement (3) unter Bildung einer Pufferschlaufe (13) derart umgelenkt und geführt ist, daß der entgegen der Transportrichtung (6) gerichtete Umlenkbereich (14) des Förderelementes (3) beim Umlauf des Förderelementes (3) in Transportrichtung (6) unter Mitnahme des Förderelementes (3) aus einer Grundstellung entgegen Transportrichtung (6) parallel zur Transportrichtung in eine Übernahmestellung verstellbar ist, oder daß das Komplette zweite Transportmittel bestehend aus jedem Förderelement (3) mit Umlenkrad und Antriebsrad während des Umlaufs des Förderelementes (3) in Transportrichtung (6) entgegen der Transportrichtung (6) des Förderelementes (3) aus einer Grundstellung parallel zur Transportrichtung (6) in eine Übernahmestellung und nachfolgend zurück in die Grundstellung verstellbar ist, und zwar mittels eines gestellfest gehalterten Linearantriebes (28).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zu den Förderelementen (3) des ersten Förderers (12) neben diesen jeweils ein weiteres Förderelement (15) eines zweiten Förderers angeordnet ist, welche Förderelemente (15) des zweiten Förderers mit gleicher Transportrichtung und Geschwindigkeit wie die Förderelemente (3) des ersten Förderers (12) betrieben sind und daß der Umlenkbereich (14) der Förderelemente (3) des ersten Förderers (12) dadurch in Transportrichtung aus der Übernahmestellung in die Grundstellung zurückverstellbar ist, daß das Warenstück (1') von den Förderelementen (15) des zweiten Förderers in Förderrichtung (6) transportiert ist und sich der Umlenkbereich (14) des ersten Förderers (12) auf dem Warenstück (1') abstützt und von dem Warenstück (1') in Transportgeschwindigkeit zurück in die Grundstellung mitgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Förderer endlos umlaufend ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Förderer Zahnriemen als Förderelemente (3,15) aufweisen, die mit Zahnrädern als Umlenkräder und Antriebsräder in Eingriff sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils benachbarten Förderelemente (3,15) des ersten und zweiten Förderers durch jeweils einen gemeinsamen Antrieb (24) angetrieben sind, wobei die Antriebe der beiden Förderelementpaare synchron und gleichlaufend betrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb zur Bewegung des Förderelementes oder des entgegen Förderrichtung gerichteten Umlenkbereiches (14) mit einer Einrichtung gekoppelt oder von einer Einrichtung gesteuert ist, mittels derer die Vorlage eines Warenstückes (1') sowie die Sollposition des Warenstückes (1') unter dem ablaufenden Untertrum des Förderelementes (3) des ersten Förderers (12) erfaßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellantrieb zur Bewegung des Förderelementes (3) oder des entgegen Fördereinrichtung gerichteten Umlenkbereiches (14) mit einer Einrichtung gekoppelt oder von einer Einrichtung gesteuert ist, mittels derer die Position eines Warenstückes (1') unter dem ablaufenden Untertrum des Förderelementes (15) des zweiten Förderers erfaßbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung aus dem ersten diskontinuierlich arbeitenden Transportmittel, mittels dessen eine textile Bahn (1) von einem Warenspeicher abziehbar und das zu vereinzelnde freie Ende der Bahn gehalten ist, sowie dem zweiten kontinuierlich laufenden Transportmittel, dessen Transportebene parallel zur Transportebene und unterhalb der Transportebene des ersten Transportmittels verläuft und das Mittel zum Halten des vereinzelten Warenstückes (1') aufweist, besteht, wobei die Transportrichtung (5) des ersten Transportmittels parallel zur Bahnlängsrichtung und die Transportrichtung (6) des zweiten Transportmittels quer zur Bahnlängsrichtung gerichtet ist, die erste Transporteinrichtung aus einem Transportschieber (7) für die Bahn und einer Transportzange (4) besteht, wobei die Zange (4) zum Transportschieber (7) hin und von diesem weg verstellbar ist, zwischen Transportschieber (7) und Transportzange (4) eine Trennvorrichtung (9) angeordnet ist, mittels derer die Bahn (1) zur Erzeugung eines vereinzelten Warenstückes (1') durchtrennbar ist, das vereinzelte Warenstück (1') nach oder bei gleichzeitig erfolgtem Trennschnitt und Freigabe von dem ersten Transportmittel, durch ein Übergabemittel aus der Ebene des ersten Transportmittels in die Ebene des zweiten Transportmittels überführbar ist und dieser zuführbar ist, und daß das Übergabemittel aus einer Klemmeinrichtung (2) besteht, mittels derer die parallel zur Transportrichtung (6) des zweiten Transportmittels gerichteten Ränder des vereinzelten Warenstückes (1') mit Abstand von seinen Randkanten in der Ebene des ersten Transportmittels klemmbar sind und mittels der Klemmeinrichtung (2) in die Ebene des zweiten Transportmittels überführbar sind, und daß die Klemmeinrichtung (2) in der Ebene des zweiten Transportmittels zu diesem hin und von diesem weg verstellbar ist sowie das zweite Transportmittel zu der Klemmeinrichtung (2) hin und von dieser weg verstellbar ist, so daß die freien Randkanten des Warenstückes mit dem zweiten Transportmittel in Eingriff bringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Transportmittel aus Förderelementen (3) in Form von Transportriemen besteht, die in Transportrichtung außen neben der von der Klemmeinrichtung (2) bei deren Bewegung aufgespannten Fluchtebene der Klemmeinrichtung (2) angeordnet sind und die den Rand des Warenstückes gegen Auflagebereiche (10) als Bestandteil jeder der beiden Transportvorrichtungen andrücken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (2) aus Klemmbalkenpaaren besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (2) und die Transportvorrichtung einander derart annäherbar sind, daß das von der Klemmeinrichtung (2) gehaltene Warenstück (1') mit seinen Rändern an die Transportvorrichtung übergebbar ist, wobei das übergebene Warenstück (1') an ein vorher übergebenes, von der Transportvorrichtung transportiertes Warenstück (1') anschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlagebereich (10) durch eine ebene Auflageplatte oder einen Auflagetisch gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auflagebereich (10) durch jeweils einen weiteren Stetigförderer gebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Transport von Warenstücken (1'), wobei mittels eines ersten diskontinuierlich arbeitenden Transportmittels (4,7) eine Warenbahn (1) am freien Ende der Bahn gehalten wird, und an ein zweites kontinuierlich laufendes Transportmittel, dessen Transportebene parallel, horizontal zur Transportebene des ersten Transportmittels (4,7) und unterhalb dieser Ebene verläuft, als vereinzeltes Warenstück (1') übergeben und von dieser abtransportiert wird, wobei die Transportrichtung (5) des ersten Transportmittels (4,7) parallel zur Bahnlängsrichtung und die Transportrichtung (6) des zweiten Transportmittels quer zur Bahnlängsrichtung gerichtet ist, wobei die Bahn (1) in die erste, obere Transportebene einläuft, in einer Sollage gehalten wird, ein vereinzeltes Warenstück (1') von der Bahn (1) abgetrennt wird, vor dem Abtrennen oder gleichzeitig an den Rändern von einer Klemmvorrichtung (2) gehalten und in die zweite, untere Transportebene überführt wird, anschließend in Transportrichtung (6) zum zweiten Transportmittel verschoben wird und entweder das zweite Transportmittel eine Schlaufe (13) bildend umgelenkt wird und mit seinem entgegen Transportrichtung (6) gerichteten Umlenkende (14) aus einer Grundstellung entgegen der Transportrichtung (6) in eine Übernahmestellung und zurück in die Grundstellung verstellt wird, oder das Komplette zweite Transportmittel bestehend aus jedem Förderelement (3) mit Umlenkrad und Antriebsrad während des Umlaufs seiner Förderelemente in Transportrichtung (6) entgegen dieser Transportrichtung (6) aus einer Grundstellung parallel zur Transportrichtung (6) in eine Übernahmestellung und nachfolgend zurück in die Grundstellung mittels eines gestellfest gehalterten Linearantriebes (28) verstellt wird, so dass das vereinzelte Warenstück (1') mit seiner dem zweiten Transportmittel zugewandten Querrandkante an ein von dem zweiten Transportmittel transportiertes Warenstück (1') angeschlossen abtransportiert wird, wobei nach der Übergabe des Warenstücks (1') das zweite Transportmittel unter gleichzeitigem Transport des Warenstückes (1') in die Ausgangslage in Transportrichtung (6) vorläuft und die Klemmvorrichtung (2) das Warenstück (1') freigibt und in die Ausgangslage entgegen der Transportrichtung (6) zurückläuft und in die erste, obere Transportebene zurückbewegt wird.
