Claims (19)
- Abfallsammler umfassend ein den Abfall aufnehmendes Behältnis,einen gelenkig am Abfallsammler befestigten Deckel sowie ein über ein Fußpedal betätigbares Gestänge, das am Deckel angreift, mittels dessen der Deckel geöffnet werden kann
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist, mittels derer die Absenkbewegung beim Schließen des Deckels (11) nach Loslassen des Fußpedals (12) gebremst wird. - Abfallsammler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestänge (13) eine senkrechte Stange (130) umfaßt, die über ein Gelenk (16) unterseitig am Deckel (11) des Abfallsammlers angreift und die Dämpfungsvorrichtung (10) im Bereich dieser senkrechten Stange (130), vorzugsweise etwa in deren oberem Bereich angeordnet ist.
- Abfallsammler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung (10) wenigstens ein Getriebeelement (101) umfaßt, welches die Absenkbewegung der senkrechten Stange (130) verlangsamt.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebeelement (101) eine Zahnstange (102) und ein mit dieser kämmendes Zahnrad (103) umfaßt.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende eines Getriebeelements, vorzugsweise einer Zahnstange (102) beim Absenken des Deckels (11) am Abfallsammler festgelegt ist und ein korrespondierendes Getriebeelement, vorzugsweise ein Zahnrad (103) sich mit der senkrechten Stange (130) beim Schließen des Deckels (11) nach unten bewegt, wobei das Getriebeelement (103) gegenüber der senkrechten Stange (130) um eine Achse, vorzugsweise um eine horizontale Achse drehbar gelagert ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lagerteil (104) vorgesehen ist, an dem das Getriebeelement (103) drehbar gelagert ist, wobei das Lagerteil (104) während des überwiegenden Teils der Absenkbewegung der senkrechten Stange (130) von dieser nach unten mitgenommen wird.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungsteile, vorzugsweise ein Führungsgehäuse (105) mit dem Lagerteil verbunden sind durch die eine zusätzliche Führung bei der Absenkbewegung gegenüber dem Getriebeelement (102) gegeben ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Befestigungselement (106, 107) vorgesehen ist, um die senkrechte Stange (130) bei ihrer Abwärtsbewegung und/oder ihrer Aufwärtsbewegung an dem Lagerteil (104) festzulegen.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die senkrechte Stange (130) an wenigstens einer Stelle an dem Lagerteil (104) geführt ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die senkrechte Stange (130) vorzugsweise in ihrem unteren Endbereich gelenkig mit einem Betätigungselement (131) verbunden ist, welches mit dem Fußpedal (12) in Verbindung steht.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (131) stangenförmig ist und für dieses eine Führung (132) im unteren Bereich des Abfallsammlers vorgesehen ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fußpedal (12) insgesamt etwa stangenförmig ausgebildet ist mit einem gebogenen Teil (120) außerhalb des Abfallsammlers und dieser gebogene Teil einstückig in das stangenförmige Betätigungselement (131) übergeht.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (102) in ihrem oberen Endbereich an einer Aufhängung (108) festgelegt ist, die sich an dem oberen Randbereich des Abfallsammlers befindet.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebeelement (103) in einem Gehäuse (166) in einer relativ viskosen Flüssigkeit gelagert ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzliches Dämpfungselement (140) vorgesehen ist, welches unterhalb der senkrechten Stange (130) beziehungsweise unterhalb des Betätigungselements (131) angeordnet ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Dämpfungselement (140) ein im Bodenbereich des Abfallsammlers befestigtes Federelement, vorzugsweise eine Blattfeder ist, welches bei angehobenem Deckel (11) des Abfallsammlers entspannt ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Seitenwandelemente aus gebogenen Blechen (160) umfaßt, die durch einen oberen Kunststoffring (161) gehalten werden.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Kunststoffring (161) durch nach Art eines Fachwerks angeordnete Rippen (162, 163, 164) ausgesteift ist.
- Abfallsammler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser in der Draufsicht gesehen eine etwa linsenförmige oder annähernd elliptische Umrißform aufweist.
