Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Einbringen von gestapelten Kuverts in einen Transportkasten, mit einem vertikalen Stapelschacht, zum Übereinanderstapeln einer Vielzahl von horizontal übereinanderliegenden Kuverts, der einen zu öffnenden Bodenverschluß und eine mit Abstand über diesem angeordnete Trenneinrichtung aufueist, mittels welcher eine Gruppe von Kuverts, deren Anzahl ein Bruchteil des Fassungsvermögens des Transportkastens beträgt, im Stapelschacht abtrennbar ist, mit einer unterhalb des Stapelschachtes angeordneten, horizontalen Aufnahmeeinrichtung für die Aufnahme der aus dem Stapelschacht abgegebenen Kuvertgruppen, mit einem im Bereich der Aufnahmeeinrichtung horizontal beweglichen Abräumschieber, mit einer Füllstation und mit einer horizontalen Fördereinrichtung für den Transportkasten, mittels welcher dieser in den Bereich unterhalb der Füllstation bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung durch eine zur Aufnahme jeweils einer Kuvertgruppe (2a) ausgebildete Plattform (7) gebildet ist, die zumindest zwei in Abstand von einander angeordnete, vertikale Seitenführungen (8) für die Kuvertgruppe (2a) aufweist,daß an der dem Abräumschieber (9) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Plattform (7) ein im wesentlichen quaderformiger Transferkasten (11) zur Aufnahme jeweils einer Kuvertgruppe (2a) beweglich angeordnet ist,daß der Transferkasten (11) zur Plattform (7) hin offen ist und an seinem der Plattform abgekehrten Ende (11A) eine zu öffnende Verschlußeinrichtung (12) aufweist, daß der Transferkasten (11) um eine horizontale Schwenkachse (A1) um 90° schwenkbar ist und die Schwenkachse vertikal verschiebbar ist,daß unterhalb des Bewegungsbereiches des Transferkastens (11) die Füllstation (18) vorgesehen und der Transferkasten (11) bis in die Nähe des oberen Randes des jeweiligen Transportkastens (19) verschiebbar ist, unddaß im Bereich der Füllstation (18) eine Halteeinrichtung (21) mit mindestens einem vertikal beweglichen Halteelement (26) und eine Vorschubeinrichtung (22) mit einem vertikal und in Transportkasten-Längsrichtung horizontal beweglichen Vorschubelement (31) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Halteelement (26) und das Vorschubelement (31) von oben in den Transportkasten (19) einfahrbar sind, um die in Gruppen (2a) nacheinander in den Transportkasten (19) eingebrachten Kuverts (2) beim Einbringen zu führen und bis zur vollständigen Füllung des Transportkastens (19) in vertikaler, geordneter Stellung zu halten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattform (7) um eine vertikale Achse (A) um 180° drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußeinrichtung (12) des Transferkastens (11) zwei Klappen (12a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (A1) des Transferkastens (11) quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (B) des Abräumschiebers (9) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transferkasten (11) in seiner Breite verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (A1) des Transferkastens (11) durch eine an einem vertikal verschiebbaren Schlitten (14) gelagerte Schwenkwelle (13) gebildet ist und daß mit der Schwenkwelle (13) ein Steuerhebel (15) verbunden ist, der eine Führungsrolle (16) aufueist, welche in einer Kulissenführung (17) verschiebbar ist, die einen horizontalen Abschnitt (17a), einen vertikalen Abschnitt (17b) und einen diese beiden Abschnitte verbindenden bogenförmigen Abschnitt (17c) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (22) einen horizontal verschiebbaren Support (27) und einen daran vertikal verschiebbaren Schlitten (29) aufweist, der das Vorschubelement (31) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtung (21) einen an einem ortsfesten Gestellteil (23) vertikal verschiebbaren Schlitten (24) aufweist, der das Halteelement (26) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Halteelemente (26) gegenüber dem Vorschubelement (31) quer zur Vorschubrichtung (81) versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, so daß das Vorschubelement (31) in und entgegengesetzt zur Vorschubrichtung (B1) an dem oder den Halteelementen vorbeibewegbar (26) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorschubeinrichtung (22) auch zum schrittweisen Vorschub des Transportkastens (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der auf die Plattform (7) übergebenen Kuvertgruppe (2a) etwa 1/4 bis 1/10 der lichten Länge des Transportkastens entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe einer Kuvertgruppe (2a) etwa 60 - 100 mm beträgt.
