Claims (15)
- Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine zum Bedrucken einer Materialbahn (120) mit einem einen Gummituchzylinder (250) und einen eine Druckplatte (500) tragenden Plattenzylinder (230, 260) umfassenden Druckwerk (130, 135, 140, 145),
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Preßwalze (300), die während des Druckplattenwechsels an den Plattenzylinder (230, 260) zur Ausübung einer Druckkraft auf die Druckplatte (500) anstellbar ist. - Rollenrorationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
Mittel (320), durch die eine in Drehrichtung der Preßwalze (300) wirkende Widerstandskraft einstellbar ist. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die Mittel einen als Bremse wirkenden Motor (320) umfassen. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittel eine Torsionsfeder (330) zum Einstellen der Widerstandskraft der Preßwalze (300) umfassen. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine in der Umgebung des Gummituchzylinders (250) angeordnete Schutzvorrichtung (310). - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine pneumatisch betriebene Saugeinrichtung (410), mittels derer die Druckplatte (500) von dem Plattenzylinder (260) abgenommen werden kann. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein weiteres Druckwerk (130, 135, 140, 145) vorgesehen ist, und daß der Druckplattenwechsel fliegend erfolgt - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Druckwerk (130, 135, 140, 145) ein Farbwerk (280) umfaßt, welches beim Abstellen des Plattenzylinders (230, 260) vom zugeordneten Gummituchzylinder (250) während eines Plattenwechsels lagefest angeordnet ist. - Verfahren zum Wechseln einer Druckplatte in einem einen Gummituchzylinder und einen die Druckplatte tragenden Plattenzylinder aufweisenden Druckwerk einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Abstellen des Plattenzylinders vom Gummituchzylinder,Abbremsen des Plattenzylinders, bis dieser sich in Ruhe befindet,Anstellen einer Preßwalze an die Umfangsoberfläche des Plattenzylinders sowie Abheben eines Endes der Druckplatte und Abziehen der Druckplatte bei angestellter Preßwalze durch Rotieren des Plattenzylinders. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abheben des einen Endes der Druckplatte durch eine Saugeinrichtung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abheben des einen Endes der Druckplatte vom Plattenzylinder von Hand erfolgt. - Verfahren zum Wechseln einer Druckplatte in einem einen Gummituchzylinder und einen die Druckplatte tragenden Plattenzylinder aufweisenden Druckwerk einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:Befestigen eines Endes der Druckplatte am Umfang des vom zugeordneten Gummituchzylinder abgestellten Plattenzylinders,Anstellen einer Preßwalze an den Plattenzylinder im Bereich der Druckplatte und Rotieren des Plattenzylinders bei angestellter Preßwalze in der Weise, daß die Druckplatte um den Umfang des Plattenzylinders herumgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckplatte während des Rotierens des Plattenzylinders durch eine Saugeinrichtung gehalten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckplatte während des Rotierens des Plattenzylinders von Hand gehalten wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Preßwalze mit einer in Drehrichtung der Preßwalze wirkenden Widerstandskraft beaufschlagt wird.
