Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen eines Druckträgers zum Plattenzylinder einer Druckmaschine mittels eines ersten Leitelementes und Abführen der Druckplatte vom Plattenzylinder mittels eines zweiten Leitelementes, wobei die Leitelemente achsparallel zum Plattenzylinder angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Leitelement (9) bei der Druckplattenzufuhr an den Plattenzylinder (7) angestellt ist, während das zweite Leitelement (10) abgestellt ist, daß die Drehrichtung des Plattenzylinders (7) bei der Druckplattenabfuhr entgegengesetzt zur Druckplattenzufuhr erfolgt und daß zur Druckplattenabfuhr das zweite Leitelement (10) an den Plattenzylinder (7) angestellt ist, während das erste Leitelement (9) abgestellt ist
wobei die Leitelemente (9, 10) auf einer jemeinsamen Traverse (11) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Zuführen eines Druckträgers zum Plattenzylinder einer Druckmaschine mittels eines ersten Leitelementes und Abführen der Druckplatte vom Plattenzylinder mittels eines zweiten Leitelementes, wobei die Leitelemente achsparallel zum Plattenzylinder angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Leitelementen (9, 10) eine jemeinsame Traverse (11) zugeordnet ist, die derart aktivierbar gelagert ist, daß die Leitelemente (9, 10) zur Druckplattenzu- bzw. abfuhr wechselweise an den Plattenzylinder an- bzw. abstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den Leitelementen (8) um ein Rollenpaar (9,10) handelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitelemente (8) als rollenförmige Segmente (49) oder als Kufen ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitelemente (9,10) außermittig auf der Traverse (11) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verstellmechanismus (12) aus folgenden Elementen besteht:aus zwei Reibrädern (42), die auf der Traverse (11) drehbar gelagert sind,aus den Reibrädern zugeordneten Freiläufen (43, 44) mit entgegegesetzten Mitnahmerichtungen,aus mindestens einem schwenkbaren Hebel (54), in dem die Traverse (11) gelagert ist undaus einer Kurvensteuerung, die die Reibräder (42) während des Wechsels des Druckträgers (1) an die Schmitzringe (33) des Plattenzylinders (7) andrückt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Traverse (11) ein Hebel (46) angeordnet ist, der über eine Stellelement (47) betätigbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Stellelement (47) um einen Stellzylinder mit zwei Arbeitspositionen, um einen Magneten oder um einen Elektromotor handelt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß starr an den schwenkbar gelagerten Hebeln (24) eine weitere Traverse (26) angebracht ist, auf der zumindest ein Führungselement (18) fixiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zu- und Abführvorrichtung (2, 8) für den Druckträger (1) an einem schwenkbar gelagerten Druckwerkschutz (29) befestigt ist.
