Abstract
Description
Ein typisches Beispiel ist die Prüfung von Eintrittskarten bei Massenveranstaltungen.
Zur Identifizierung muß hier jedoch mit einer separaten Testflüssigkeit, die die jeweils andere Komponente enthält, gearbeitet werden.
Aus DE-OS 35 04 730 ist ein wärmeempfindliches Bildübertragungsmaterial bekannt, das rückseitig sowohl eine wärmeals auch eine druckempfindliche Schicht enthält, um Bildübertragungen auf ein gewöhnliches Schreibpapier vornehmen zu können. Die Beschichtung ist dementsprechend aufwendig konstruiert und käme als Sicherheitsmerkmal für Massendokumente aus Kostengründen nicht in Betracht.
Die Farbvorläufer oder Farbbildner sind die aus den wärme- und druckempfindlichen Systemen bekannten elektronenabgebenden, als Lewis-Basen fungierenden Triarylmethanverbindungen, Xanthenverbindungen, Thiazinverbindungen, Spiropyranverbindungen oder Fluorane.
Die elektronenaufnehmenden, als Lewis-Säuren fungierenden Farbentwickler sind die ebenfalls aus den wärme- und druckempfindlichen Systemen bekannten sauren Clays wie Bentonit, Montmorillonit, Attapulgit oder organische Verbindungen wie Phenolharze oder Zinksalicylat.
Als Abstandhalter werden Stärkekörner oder Cellulosefasern benutzt.
Bindemittel sind die üblicherweise in wärme- und druckempfindlichen Systeme zur Anwendung kommenden oxydierten Stärken, modifizierte Stärken, Styrol-Butadien-Copolymere, Styrol-Acrylsäure-Copolymere, Polyvinylacetate, Polyvinylalkohole, Hydroxyethylcellulosen oder Carboxymethylcellulosen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Blattmaterial mit Sicherheitskennzeichen wird erfindungsgemäß auf einfache Weise auf einen vorgefertigten Verbund aus einem Trägermaterial und einer wärmeempfindlichen Schicht auf das Trägermaterial aus einer separat hergestellten Streichmasse aufgetragen, beispielsweise durch eine Rakel-, Walzen-, Klingen- oder Luftmesserbeschichtung. Dadurch bleibt die Thermotechnologie unbeeinträchtigt.
Die Schicht kann auch durch Aufsprühen oder Aufdrucken aufgebracht werden, oder auch separat erzeugt und mit dem Fachmann bekannten Verfahren adhäsiv mit dem Trägermaterial verbunden werden.
Das Blattmaterial kann nicht nur auf der wärmeempfindlichen Schicht, sondern auch auf der rückseitig aufgebrachten druckempfindlichen Schicht nach einem oder mehreren Verfahren der bekannten Druckkunst bedruckt sein oder werden.

Claims (9)
- Mehrschichtiges Blattmaterial mit Sicherheitskennzeichen, mit einem flächenförmigen Trägermaterial und einer wärmeempfindlichen Schicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine druckempfindliche Schicht vorgesehen ist, die bei einer Druckeinwirkung sichtbare Markierungen ausbildet.
- Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckempfindliche Schicht auf der der wärmeempfindlichen Schicht abgewandten Seite des Trägermaterials angeordnet ist.
- Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der wärmeempfindlichen Schicht eine Schutzschicht angeordnet ist.
- Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckempfindliche Schicht mindestens einen Farbbildner und einen Farbentwickler enthält.
- Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Farbbildner und/oder der Farbentwickler in Mikrokapseln angeordnet ist.
- Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägermaterial Papier oder Kunststofffolie mit einem Flächengewicht von 40 bis 280 g/m2 ist.
- Blattmaterial nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckempfindliche Schicht eine Flächenmasse von 2 bis 10 g/m2 aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen Blattmaterials mit Sicherheitsmerkmal, mit einem flächenförmigen Trägermaterial, einer an diesem angeordneten wärmeempfindlichen und einer druckempfindlichen Schicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die druckempfindliche Schicht nach dem Aufbringen der wärmeempfindlichen Schicht auf die dieser abgewandte Seite aus einer separat hergestellten Streichmasse auf das Trägermaterial aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streichmasse durch Rakel-, Walzen-, Klingen- oder Luftmesserbeschichtung aufgebracht wird.
