Claims (7)
- Bogendruckmaschine mit mehreren in einer Reihe angeordneten Stationen, zu denen mindestens ein Anleger, mindestens ein digitales Druckwerk und mindestens ein Ausleger gehören, wobei es zwischen dem wenigstens einem Druckwerk und dem wenigstens einen Ausleger einen gemeinsamen Bogentransportweg gibt, den jeder Bogen durchläuft, und Nachverarbeitungseinheit für die Druckmaschine, die mehrere in einer Reihe angeordnete Nachverarbeitungsstationen enthält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reihe von Nachverarbeitungsstationen (40, 42, 44, 46, 48) parallel zu der Reihe von Stationen (2, 4, 6, 10, 12, 14, 22, 24) der Druckmaschine versetzt angeordnet ist, daß sich aufdem gemeinsamen Bogentransportweg eine Bogenweiche (24) befindet, welche die Bogen wahlweise dem wenigstens einen Ausleger (26) oder einem Sammelbehälter (36) zur Aufnahme eines Pakets von Bogen zuführt, und daß eine Verschiebeeinrichtung (56) vorgesehen ist, die dafür eingerichtet ist, ein im Sammelbehälter gesammeltes Bogenpaket quer zur allgemeinen Bogentransportrichtung in der Druckmaschine in eine Eingangsstation (38) der Nachverarbeitungseinheit zu schieben. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bogenweiche durch ein Falzwerk (24) gebildet wird, wobei jeder Bogen entweder in einem ungefalzten Zustand dem wenigstens einen Ausleger (26) der Druckmaschine oder in einem wahlweise gefalzten oder ungefalzten Zustand einem im Querschnitt trichterförmigen Sammelbehälter (36) zugeführt wird, in dem gefalzte Bogen ein Paket aus ineinandergeschachtelten Bogen bilden. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Eingangsstation der Nachverarbeitungseinheit einen im Querschnitt trichterförmigen Aufnahmekorb (38) enthält, der auf den Sammelbehälter (36) ausgerichtet ist. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Eingangsstation der Nachverarbeitungseinheit weiterhin ein Schwert (70) enthält, das in das Innere des trichterförmigen Aufnahmekorbs (38) hinein beweglich ist, und daß der Aufnahmekorb zusammen mit dem Schwert um eine Achse (68) drehbar ist. - Bogendruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Nachverarbeitungseinheit weiterhin jeweils einen oder mehrere Leimer (40), Hefter (42, 48) und/oder Kantenschneider (44, 46) sowie einen Blockausleger (50) enthält. - Bogendruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Eingangsstation (38) der Nachverarbeitungseinheit dafür eingerichtet ist, Bogenpakete auf einer Seite von dem Sammelbehälter (36) der Bogendruckmaschine und auf einer entgegengesetzten Seite von einem Sammelbehälter einer weiteren Bogendruckmaschine zu empfangen. - Bogendruckmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß parallel zu der Bogendruckmaschine eine weitere Bogendruckmaschine angeordnet ist, mit der Nachverarbeitungseinheit dazwischen, wobei die Nachverarbeitungseinheit an beide Bogendruckmaschinen angeschlossen ist, um Bogenpakete davon zu empfangen.
