Definitions
- the invention relates to a sole for cross-country skiing, touring or Telemark ski boot, the front section for the purpose of Connection of such a shoe to a cross-country, touring or telemark binding between the bale area and the rear end, especially at the rear end of it, means of attack has a clamping element, such that the front Sole section between the front boundary thereof and the mentioned means of attack can be clamped, and in the one elastic reinforcement element embedded or is stored.
- a sole construction is in the PCT / IB96 / 00085 attributed to the applicant. Specifically, this pre-registration is about connecting one Ski boots on an assigned ski binding through a Tensioning element, which on the front sole of the shoe, especially between the bale area and the rear end of the same attacks.
- the tensioning element should preferably be on the underside attack the front of the shoe.
- the tensioning element is designed as a spring band or spring leaf is, the rear end at the bottom of the shoe front sole can be hooked on.
- Document FR-A-2 595 951 discloses a sole having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the present Invention based on the object, the sole construction to carry out that the aforementioned effects are additionally promoted and in particular are also ensured. Above all, should ensure the defined curvature of the front Sole section or the front sole down when the Heel of the shoe when cross-country skiing, touring or telemark skiing is raised. It should be noted that the embedding or storage of a flexible elastic Reinforcing element has the advantage that the sole in the rest of a soft elastic plastic or rubber can be manufactured. By using such a The total weight of the sole and accordingly reduce the shoe.
- the reinforcing element extends in the front section of the sole between its front Limitation and the means of attack for the clamping element such that the resulting tension vector over the zero line of the extending approximately parallel to it Reinforcing element lies.
- the tension vector extends on the connecting line between the support of the front Limitation of the sole on the binding or on the binding housing on the one hand and the attack of the tensioning element in the rear Area of the front sole section on the other hand.
- This Connection line should be above the in Sole longitudinal direction extending zero or gravity line of the reinforcing element. Be aware of this made that the zero or gravity line mentioned is necessarily straight forward. It can also have a curved line be provided the reinforcing element in the longitudinal direction of the sole is bent or arched accordingly.
- the tension vector is a chord of this arc line.
- it is Reinforcing element from a flat component corrosion-resistant material, especially aluminum, Stainless steel, plastic, titanium alloy or the like.
- This Component has a predetermined curvature downwards and is while maintaining this curvature in the front section of the Sole stored in such a way that the tension vector is a tendon the zero line of the reinforcing element curved downwards Are defined.
- the specified curvature of the reinforcing element must not be particularly pronounced. It should only Make sure that when the sole or shoe is clamped in binding the front section of the sole down and is not biased upwards. This ensures that the front sole section when lifting the heel behaves anatomically.
- the reinforcing element can alternatively be used as a wire insert be trained.
- the reinforcing element prefferably has at least one a joint area in the direction parallel to the sole and approximately to form perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the same.
- the reinforcing element is preferably in the form of a plate or foil-like insert made of metal or plastic. In In this case the joint area is weakened by material and / or corrugated.
- the reinforcing element preferably closes directly to the means of attack for the clamping element on the Sole on.
- the Sole-integrated attack means for the clamping element include one the bottom of the front sole portion and undercut open to the rear, into which a tension cable or a tensioning hook can be inserted when closing the Binding can be biased towards the front.
- the reinforcement element in the area of the undercut forked, in such a way that the two Fork legs extend into the upper and lower limits of the Extend undercut.
- Figure 1 is a combination in a schematic side view of ski binding 10, namely touring or telemark binding, and a matching shoe 11 shown, the front End by a resiliently pre-tensioned tension cable 12 in such a way is held in the binding 10 that the paragraph 13 of the shoe 11th can be freely raised in the direction of the arrow 14.
- the tension cable 12 is at the front sole section or on the front sole 15 of the shoe 11 connected, on rear end of the front sole.
- a connection is in the Bale area or between the bale area and the rear end of the Front sole conceivable.
- the concrete is in the transition area between Front sole 15 and midsection 16 of the sole one Undercut 17 is provided, which is parallel to the sole and extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sole, and in which the Tension cable 12 can be hooked in with appropriate fixation of the Sole or shoe 11 on the binding 10.
- the tensioning rope 12 is shown by a hinted in Figure 1 Coil spring 18 elastically biased. Against the effect this elastic pretension takes place Heel 13 in the direction of arrow 14.
- the front sole 15 bulges according to Figure 1 between its front and rear end down in the direction of arrow 20 for Ski body 19 back. This curvature corresponds to the diffraction of the Forefoot when lifting the heel of the shoe 13. So it is anatomically and especially ergonomically advantageous.
- the front end of the shoe 11, in particular the front end the front sole 15 is held in a holding jaw 22 and to the side as well as to the front and upwards supported.
- the holding jaw 22 is already on the top of the mentioned ski body 19 articulated, with the hinge axis 23 parallel to the ski deck area 24 and transverse to Ski longitudinal direction extends.
- the bearing of the joint axis takes place in a binding housing 25, not shown, which is firmly connected to the ski body 19.
- This flexor construction is generally known, so that for a more detailed description and Description can be dispensed with.
- FIG. 2 shows a sole for a shoe according to FIG Longitudinal section shown.
- a flexurally elastic reinforcing element 26 is embedded or stored.
- This reinforcing element 26, which is preferably formed like a plate or film and from comparatively hard material, especially metal or Plastic is made that extends between the front Limitation 27 of the sole and the undercut 17, which for Engagement of the above-mentioned clamping element 12 is used such that the resulting clamping force vector 28 is above the approximately parallel extending zero line 29 of the Reinforcing element 26 is located.
- the reinforcing element 26 extends almost over the total length and width of the front sole section or Front sole 15.
- the thickness of the Reinforcing element 26 from the back to the front. So that is high strength in the area of the undercut 17, d. H. in the connection area for the clamping element, e.g. B. Tension cable 12 according to Figure 1, guaranteed; otherwise the front sole is 15 increasingly flexible towards the front. This will make a high user comfort achieved.
- FIGS Figures 2 and 3 still characterized in that the reinforcing element is forked in the area of the undercut 17 such that the two fork legs 31, 32 in the upper and lower Limiting the undercut 17.
- This Embodiment contributes to the additional strength of the Undercut 17, d. H. the connection area for the Clamping element at.
- the flexibility of the reinforcing element 26 can be further improved Measures are influenced, for example by the measures according to Figures 4 to 6.
- the sole is in front section through a film-like insert 26 reinforced. Specifically, it is a hard elastic Plastic insert, which is in an otherwise much softer Sole material is embedded.
- the sole preferably consists made of very weather-resistant and flexible rubber. This material is used for the soles of touring and telemark shoes preferably used.
- the insert 26 receives the Sole and thus the shoe an increased side and Twist stability, as indicated by the double arrows 34 in FIG. 6 is indicated.
- the flexibility of the sole in Shoe longitudinal direction or in a shoe longitudinal direction extending vertical plane is mainly through the insert 26 not affected if you have at least one Joint area in the direction parallel to the sole as well as about perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the sole.
- three hinge areas 33 are provided which in the ball area in predetermined distance from each other. Are specific the joint areas 33 are defined by beads on both sides.
- a metal wire insert is shown in the figures 7 and 8 possible, three according to FIG Metal wire rings 35, 36, 37 are provided, which in Bale area forming parallel to the sole and joints extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sole or Joint areas 33 are interconnected.
- the through the Insoles described lateral stability of the sole is obtained 5 and 8 indicated by the double arrows 38.
- the deposits 26 therefore also have an effect in particular on the Lateral stability of the rear half of the shoe sole or the Shoes.
- the sole construction described above has a very defined one Flexibility resulted, especially for telemark shoes is of particular importance. Furthermore, this is Sole construction in combination with that based on the figure 1 described type of binding is advantageous in that the clamping of the shoe only in the area of Front sole 15 takes place.
- the sole must be particularly stable there be without the flexibility in parallel to Vertical plane extending shoe longitudinal direction is lost. In particular, it also ensures that the flexibility in Downward direction, d. H. towards the running side of the sole is specified.
