Claims (9)
- Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Zylinderkopf, wobei die Brennkraftmaschine ein Kurbelgehäuse aufweist, in dem eine Kurbelwelle drehbar gelagert ist, an der zumindest ein Pleuel angelenkt ist, das einen in einem Zylinder bewegbaren Kolben trägt, wobei der Zylinder unter Bildung eines Brennraums von dem Zylinderkopf abgedeckt ist, in den zumindest ein Einlaßventil und ein Auslaßventil eingelassen sind, die bei ihrer Betätigung mit jeweils ihren Ventiltellern in den Brennraum hineinragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kurbelgehärnse wahlweise mit unterschiedlich großen Zylinderbohrungen ausbildbar ist und daß für alle Kurbelgehäuseversionen ein Zylinderkopf (2) vorgesehen ist, dessen Zylinderkopf-Befestigungen und Gaswechselventile (4, 4a) identisch angeordnet sind. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderkopf (2) für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer großen Zylinderbohrung bezüglich der Anordnung der Zylinderkopf-Befestigungen und der Gaswechselventile (4, 4a) sowie der Durchmesser der Ventilteller (6) und der diese umgebenden Ventilsitzringe (7) ausgelegt ist und dabei die Ventilteller (6) bis in den Zylinderrandbereich des mit dem Brennraum zusammenwirkenden Teils des Zylinderkopfs (2) reichen. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Kurbelgehäuse mit einer kleineren Zylinderbohrung der Zylinderkopf (2) mit Ventilsitzringen (7a) mit kleinerem Innendurchmesser und Gaswechselventilen (4a) mit kleinerem Durchmesser der Ventilteller (6a) bestückbar ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Kurbelgehäuse mit einer kleineren Zylinderbohrung die Ventilsitzringe (7a) eine Übergangskontur (9) zu dem Gaswechselventilkanal (3) aufweisen. - Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderkopf (2) bei den verschiedenen Zylinderbohrungen in seiner Grundgestaltung gleich ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Gaswechselventilen (4, 4a) zusammenwirkende Gaswechselkanäle (3) in dem Zylinderkopf (2) auf den größten Innendurchmesser der Ventilsitzringe (6a) ausgelegt sind. - Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem Kurbelgehäuse mit einer kleineren Zylinderbohrung die Gaswechselkanalkerne zumindest im Bereich der Ventilsitzringe (7, 7a) einen kleinen Durchmesser aufweisen. - Brennkraftmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung der Ventilbetätigungsmittel in dem Kurbelgehäuse und/oder dem Zylinderkopf (2) bei den unterschiedlich großen Zylinderbohrungen gleich ist. - Verwendung eines Zylinderkopfs für Brennkraftmaschinen, wobei die Brennkraftmaschine ein Kurbelgehäuse aufweist, in dem eine Kurbelwelle drehbar gelagert ist, an der zumindest ein Pleuel angelenkt ist, das einen in einem Zylinder bewegbaren Kolben trägt, wobei der Zylinder unter Bildung eines Brennraums von dem Zylinderkopf abgedeckt ist, in den zumindest ein Einlaßventil und ein Auslaßventil eingelassen sind, die bei ihrer Betätigung mit jeweils ihren Ventiltellern in den Brennraum hineinragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderkopf (2) für Brennkraftmaschinen mit unterschiedlich großen Zylinderbohrungen in der Form verwendbar ist, daß der Zylinderkopf (2) für die Brennkraftmaschine mit der größten Zylinderbohrung bezüglich der Anordnung der Zylinderkopf-Befestigungen und der Gaswechselventile (4, 4a) sowie der Durchmesser der Ventilteller (6) und der diese umgebenden Ventilsitzringe (7) ausgelegt ist und dabei die Ventilteller (6) bis in den ZyIinderrandbereich des mit dem Brennraum zusammenwirkenden Teils des Zylinderkopfs (2) reichen, und daß der Zylinderkopf (2) mit Ventilsitzringen (7a) bestückbar ist, die eine an eine geringere Zylinderbohrung einer weiteren Brennkraftmaschine angepaßte Reduzierung des Durchmessers der Ventilteller (6a) bewirken.
