Claims (1)

  1. Poröses, kristallines Propylen-Homopolymer oder Propylen-Ethylen-Copolymer, enthaltend weniger Ethylenanteile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in der Form von sphärischen Partikeln mit einem durchschnittlichen Durchmesser zwischen 500 und 5000 µm vorliegt und dass es durch ein Polymerisationsverfahren erhältlich ist, das in Anwesenheit eines Katalysators durchgeführt wird, umfassend das Reaktionsprodukt zwischen einer Al-Alkylverbindung und einer festen Katalysatorkomponente in der Form von sphärischen Partikeln mit einem durchschnittlichen Durchmesser zwischen 10 und 350 µm, und umfassend eine Titanverbindung, die mindestens eine Ti-Halogenbindung und eine Elektronendonatoren-Verbindung, geträgert auf Magnesiumchlorid, enthält, wobei die Katalysatorkomponente, die eine Oberflächengröße von ca. 60-70 m2/g, eine Porosität von größer als 0,2 cm3/g, aber niedriger als 0,4 cm3/g aufweist, und durch zur Reaktion bringen der Titanverbindung und der Elektronendonatoren-Verbindung mit einem MgCl2/ROH-Addukt erhalten wird, worin R einen Alkyl-, Cycloalkyl- oder Arylalkylrest mit 1 - 2 Kohlenstoffatom(en) darstellt, enthaltend von 0,3 bis 1,5 Mole Alkohol pro Mol MgCl2, wobei das Addukt durch Schmelzen eines Magnesiumchlorid-/Alkoholaddukts erhalten wird, enthaltend Mole Alkohol in einer solchen Anzahl, dass das Addukt bei Raumtemperatur fest, aber bei Temperaturen zwischen 100 - 130 °C geschmolzen ist, wodurch die sphärischen Partikel hergestellt werden, Trocknen und teilweises Entalkoholisieren des Addukts in der Form sphärischer Partikel durch sein Erhitzen auf Temperaturen, die sich von 50 °C bis 130 °C bewegen, bis der vorstehende Alkoholgehalt erhalten wird.
