Claims (6)
- Falzapparat einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit wenigstens einem Messerzylinder (2) und einem Falzklappenzylinder (4), wobei zum Einzelantrieb des Falzapparats ein Antriebsmotor (10) vorgesehen ist, der mechanisch nur mit dem Falzapparat gekoppelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Antriebsmotor (10) für dem Falzapparat den Falzklappenzylinder (4) direkt antreibt und die mechanische Kopplung durch ein motorseitiges Antriebsritzel (10.1) und ein auf der Welle des Falzklappenzylinders (4) sitzendes Stirnzahnrad (4.1) oder einen Zahnriemen gebildet wird. - Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine der Falzapparat (F1), der einen ersten Falzapparat (F1) bildet, und ein anderer, zweiter Falzapparat (F2) vorgesehen sind, die beide auf einer Anlagenebene in Längsrichtung der Druckmaschine hintereinander als linke und rechte Falzapparatausführung in Back-to-Back-Anordnung oder zur gleichen Seite der Druckmaschine als Doppel-Falzapparat plaziert sind.
- Falzapparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzapparat (F1), der einen ersten Falzapparat (F1) bildet, in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine zusätzlich zu einem auf Anlagenebene angeordneten anderen, zweiten Falzapparat (F2) vorgesehen und vertikal versetzt zu dem anderen Falzapparat (F2) auf Rollenwechslerebene angeordnet ist.
- Falzapparat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzapparat (F1), der einen ersten Falzapparat (F1) bildet, und ein weiterer, zweiter Falzapparat (F2) in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine auf Rollenwechslerebene angeordnet sind.
- Falzapparat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Falzapparat (F1) verfahrbar ist.
- Falzapparat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine ein Falzüberbau (30, 40) unabhängig von dem Falzapparat (F1) gelagert ist, vorzugsweise auf der Maschinenebene oder erhöht auf einem Joch (J).
