Claims (20)
- Druckwerk für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, das folgende Merkmale umfaßt:einen ersten Plattenzylinder (4a);einen dem ersten Plattenzylinder (4a) zugeordneten ersten Gummituchzylinder (6a);einen zweiten Plattenzylinder (4b);einen dem zweiten Plattenzylinder (4b) zugeordneten zweiten Gummituchzylinder (6b), wobei der zweite Gummituchzylinder (6b) in Rollkontakt mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder 6a steht und mechanisch mit diesem gekoppelt ist;einen ersten Antriebsmotor (10a) für den individuellen Antrieb des ersten Plattenzylinders (4a);einen zweiten Antriebsmotor (10b) für den individuellen Antrieb des zweiten Plattenzylinders (4b); undeinen dritten Antriebsmotor (28) für den Antrieb des ersten und des zweiten Gummituchzylinders (6a, 6b).
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste und der zweite Gummituchzylinder (6a, 6b) über ineinandergreifende Zahnräder (24a, 24b) mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt sind. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Zahnräder (24a, 24b) mit den jeweiligen Antriebswellen (26a, 26b) des ersten und des zweiten Gummituchzylinders (6a, 6b) verbunden sind. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der dritte Antriebsmotor (28) den ersten und den zweiten Gummituchzylinder (6a, 6b) über ein Getriebe (32) antreibt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe (32) ein Zahnrad (24a, 24b) umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe (32) einen Antriebsriemen (36) umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der dritte Antriebsmotor (28) den ersten und den zweiten Gummituchzylinder (6a, 6b) über eine Antriebswelle (30) direkt antreibt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Antriebsmotor (10a) den ersten Plattenzylinder (4a) direkt antreibt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der zweite Antriebsmotor (10b) den zweiten Plattenzylinder (4b) direkt antreibt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Plattenzylinder (4a) von dem ersten Antriebsmotor (10a) über ein Getriebe (12a) angetrieben wird. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe (12a) ein Zahnrad (14a, 18a) umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe (12a) einen Antriebsriemen (34a) umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der zweite Plattenzylinder (4b) von dem zweiten Antriebsmotor (10b) über ein Getriebe (12b) angetrieben wird. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe (12b) ein Zahnrad (14b, 18b) umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe (12b) einen Antriebsriemen (34b) umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Plattenzylinder (4a) an den zugeordneten ersten Gummituchzylinder (6a) anstellbar und von diesem abstellbar ist, wenn sich das Druckwerk (1) in Betrieb befindet. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der zweite Plattenzylinder (4b) an den zugeordneten zweiten Gummituchzylinder (6b) anstellbar und von diesem abstellbar ist, wenn sich das Druckwerk (1) in Betrieb befindet. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Druckwerk (1) ein Eindruckwerk ist, in welchem der erste und der zweite Plattenzylinder (4a, 4b) zum wechselweisen Drucken auf die erste und die zweite Seite einer laufenden Bahn (40) wechselweise angestellt und abgestellt werden können. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß auf dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (6a) und/oder dem zweiten Gummituchzylinder (6b) ein endloses Gummituch angebracht ist. - Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine zum Bedrucken einer laufenden Papierbahn,
gekennzeichnet durch,ein erstes Gummi/Gummi-Druckwerk (1) und ein zweites Gummi/Gummi-Druckwerk (1'), von denen ein jedes einen ersten Plattenzylinder (4a, 4a'), einen dem ersten Plattenzylinder (4a, 4a') zugeordneten ersten Gummituchzylinder (6a, 6a'), einen zweiten Plattenzylinder (4b, 4b'), einen dem zweiten Plattenzylinder (4b, 4b') zugeordneten zweiten Gummituchzylinder (6b, 6b'), welcher sich in Rollkontakt mit dem ersten Gummituchzylinder (6a, 6a') befindet und mechanisch mit diesem gekoppelt ist, aufweist;einen ersten Antriebsmotor (10a) zum individuellen Antreiben des ersten Plattenzylinders (4a, 4a');einen zweiten Antriebsmotor (10b) zum individuellen Antreiben des zweiten Plattenzylinders (4b, 4b'); undeinen dritten Antriebsmotor (28) zum gemeinsamen Antrieb des ersten und zweiten Gummituchzylinders (6a, 6b, 6a', 6b'), wobei der erste Plattenzylinder (4a) des ersten Druckwerks (1) und der erste Plattenzylinder (4a') des zweiten Druckwerks (1') wechselweise mit ihrem zugeordneten Gummituchzylinder (6a, 6a') in Eingriff gebracht werden.
