Claims (6)
- Elektrische Nullkraft-Kontaktsteckervorrichtung (1), bestehend aus zwei komplementären Steckteilen, von denen das eine Steckteil (3) mit Federkontakten (2) als Federleiste und das andere Steckteil (5) mit Messerkontakten (4) als Messerleiste ausgebildet ist, und einer Betätigungseinrichtung, über die sich die Kontakte in eine Kontaktberührung bringen lassen, die einen linearbeweglichen, mit einer Kulissenführung zusammenwirkenden Schieber (10) aufweist, der in dem Federleisten-Steckteil (3) angeordnet ist und in einem in Richtung auf das Messerleisten-Steckteil (5) vorragenden Schiebersteg (11) mindestens ein in Bewegungsrichtung (24) des Schiebers schrägverlaufendes Langloch (12; 13) aufweist, das einen Querbolzen (14) einer auf dem Schiebersteg (11) zwangsgeführt hin und her beweglichen Kulisse (15) aufnimmt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schieber (10) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und mit seinem sich quer zu dem Schiebesteg (11) erstreckenden Schieberfuß (9) in einer Längsnut (7) des Bodens (6) des Steckteils (3) geführt ist. - Nullkraft-Kontaktsteckervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das als längliches, rechteckiges, im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildete Messerleisten-Steckteil (5) mit seiner offenen Seite in das zugewandte, formangepaßte, im Querschnitt U-förmige Federleisten-Steckteil (3) eingesteckt ist. - Nullkraft-Kontaktsteckervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das der Schiebersteg (12) mit zwei im Abstand hintereinanderliegenden, schrägverlaufenden Langlöchern (12, 13) ausgebildet ist, die jeweils einen Querbolzen (14) der Kulisse (15) aufnehmen. - Nullkraft-Kontaktsteckervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den Federkontakten (2; 102) des Federleisten-Steckteils (3) in der Kulisse (15; 115) Führungsschlitze (16) zugeordnet und an ihrer den Federkontakten (2; 102) anliegenden Schlitzwandung (18) mit einer in der Kontakt-Bewegungsrichtung (19) ansteigenden Schräge (20, 120) ausgebildet sind. - Nullkraft-Kontaktsteckervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schräge (20) eine in der Endposition den Federkontakt (2) arretierende Mulde (21) nachgeordnet ist. - Nullkraft-Kontaktsteckervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Messerkontakte (4) mit ihrem unteren Ende bis weitestgehend zur Unterkante (25) des Gehäuses des Messerleisten-Steckteils (5) reichen.
