Description
Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Untergrundsanierung einer auf einem Erdplanum ruhenden Schotterbettung (41) eines Gleises (6), wobei Altschotter (40) der Schotterbettung (41) zerkleinert und als Planumkies (42) auf das freigelegte Erdplanum (44) abgeworfen wird, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:a) Anhebung des Gleises (6), Entfernung lediglich des bezüglich des Bettungsquerschnittes oberen Bereiches (39) des Altschotters (40), dessen Zerkleinerung zu Planumkies (42) und Speicherung, sowie Ablage des Gleises (6) auf den verbleibenden Rest (43) der Schotterbettung (41);b) Anhebung des Gleises (6), Entfernung der restlichen Schotterbettung (41) und Absenkung des Gleises (6) auf das freigelegte Erdplanum (44);c) Anhebung des Gleises (6), Abwurf des gespeicherten Planumkieses (42) auf das Erdplanum (44), Planierung und Verdichtung des Planumkieses (42) zur Bildung einer Planumschutzschichte (45) und Ablage des Gleises (6) auf die Planumschutzschichte (45).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Altschotter (40) vor seiner Zerkleinerung gereinigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zu Planumkies (42) zerkleinerte Altschotter (40) mit Sand vermischt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freigelegte Erdplanum (44) verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zu Planumkies (42) zerkleinerte Altschotter (40) auf das auf dem Erdplanum (44) ruhende Gleis (6) abgeworfen und von diesem nach der Gleisanhebung abgestreift wird.
- Anlage (38) zur Untergrundsanierung mit einer in kontinuierliche Rotation versetzbaren Räumkette (7) zur Entfernung des Altschotters (40) aus der Schotterbettung (41), einer Gleishebeeinrichtung (9,26) zum Erfassen und Anheben des Gleises (6), Förderbandanordnungen (10) zum Abtransport des Altschotters (40) und einer Planier- sowie Verdichteinrichtung (27) zur Herstellung einer Planumschutzschichte (45) nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durcha) eine erste Maschinengruppe (1), die sich aus einer eine Räumkette (7), eine Siebanlage (8) und eine Gleishebeeinrichtung (9) aufweisenden Schotteraushubmaschine (2), einem eine Steinbrechereinrichtung (17) aufweisenden Steinbrecherfahrzeug (3), einem Speicherwagen (4) sowie einer die Räumkette (7) mit der Steinbrechereinrichtung (17) bzw. diese mit dem Speicherwagen (4) verbindenden Förderbandanordnung (10,21) zusammensetzt,b) eine zweite Maschinengruppe (24), die sich aus einer eine Räumkette (7), eine Förderbandanordnung (10) und eine Gleishebeeinrichtung (9) aufweisenden Schotteraushubmaschine (2) und einem Speicherwagen (4) zusammensetzt, undc) eine dritte Maschinengruppe (25), die sich aus einer eine Gleishebeeinrichtung (26) sowie eine Planier- und Verdichteinrichtung (27) und eine Förderbandanordnung (28) aufweisenden Kieseinbringungsmaschine (29) und einem Speicherwagen (4) zusammensetzt.
