Abstract

Bei einem Gargerät (1), das ein durch eine Tür (3) verschließbares Gehäuse (2) aufweist, ist an der einen Seitenwand (5) ein Scharnierträger (7) in Form eines Schlittens oder Wagens an horizontal an der Seitenwand (5) angeordneten Führungsschienen (9) verschiebbar geführt. Dabei ist der eine Teil (8) einer Scharnieranordnung (4) an dem Scharnierträger (7) und der andere Teil (6) der Scharnieranordnung (4) an der Tür (3) befestigt. Die Führung des Scharnierträgers (7) an der Führungsschiene (9) erfolgt mittels Führungsrollen (10), die formschlüssig und spielfrei an den Führungsschienen (9) anliegen. Hierdurch ist nach Öffnen der Tür (3) ein Verschieben derselben in eine parallele Lage neben der Seitenwand (5) möglich. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gargerät mit einem Gehäuse und einer eine Frontöffnung verschließenden Tür, die mittels einer Scharnieranordnung um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar ist.
  • Türen für Gargeräte sind in der Regel an der rechten offenen Seite des Gehäuses des Gargerätes angeschlagen. Sofern die räumlichen Verhältnissen in der Küche, in welcher solche Gargeräte aufgestellt werden, eine rechts angeschlagene Tür nicht zulassen, muß dem Anwender ein Gerät mit einer links angeschlagenen Tür zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Da häufig die Öffnung des Gargerätes nicht über die volle Breite des Gehäuses reicht und in dem geschlossenen Teil des Gehäuses an dessen Vorderseite Bedienerknopfe und Anzeigeeinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, ist der Wechsel der Anschlagseite einer Tür häufig nur mit einem größeren konstruktiven Aufwand möglich.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Gargerät zu schaffen, bei dem ein Wechsel der Anschlagseite trotz vorhandener Aufstellungs- und Platzprobleme entbehrlich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Gargerät der eingangs erläuterten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelost, daß der eine Teil der Scharnieranordnung an der Tür und der andere Teil der Scharnieranordnung an einem Scharnierträger angeordnet ist, der mittels einer Führungseinrichtung an der der Scharnieranordnung benachbarten Seitenwand des Gehäuses entlang in Richtung auf die Rückwand des Gehäuses verschiebbar ist, daß die Scharnierachse in einer parallel und mit Abstand zur Seitenfläche des Gehäuses liegenden Ebene angeordnet ist und daß der Verschiebeweg des Scharnierträgers in Richtung auf die offene Seite des Gehäuses durch Begrenzungsmittel auf den bestimmungsgemäßen Abstand der Schwenkachse der Scharnieranordnung zur Gehäusevorderkante begrenzt ist.
  • Durch diese Ausgestaltung ist es möglich die Tür in ihrer Stellung, in welcher sie rechtwinklig zur Gehäusevorderseite steht, mittels der Führungseinrichtung unmittelbar neben der der Scharnieranordnung zugeordneten Seitenwand entlang in Richtung auf die Rückseite des Gehäuses zu verschieben, so daß in der verschobenen Stellung die Tür sich neben der Seitenwand des Gehäuses befindet. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung ist es nur erforderlich, das Gargerät mit solchem Abstand zu einer Gebäudewand oder zu einem anderen angrenzenden Küchengerät aufzustellen, daß genügend Platz für das Einschieben der Tür vorhanden ist. Ein Wechsel der Anschlagseite ist, da die Tür im geöffneten Zustand neben das Gerät eingeschoben werden kann und somit nicht mehr in den Raum vor dem Gerät hineinragt, nicht mehr erforderlich. Somit können alle Gargeräte unabhängig von den jeweils herrschenden Problemen am Aufstellungsort in gleicher Weise ausgebildet sein, so daß Umkonstruktionen und Sonderlieferungen mit den damit verbundenen Kosten entfallen.
  • Eine besonders einfache Ausgestaltung hinsichtlich der Begrenzungsmittel für den Verschiebeweg des Scharnierträgers ergibt sich gemäß einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung dadurch, daß an der der Führungseinrichtung zugeordneten Seitenwand des Gehäuses, in dem der offenen Seite des Gehäuses zugewandten Bereich ein als Begrenzungsmittel dienender Anschlag für den Scharnierträger vorgesehen ist.
  • Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung mindestens eine an der Seitenwand des Gehäuses angeordnete horizontale Führungsschiene umfaßt, an der der Scharnierträger verschiebbar gehalten ist.
  • Eine konstruktiv einfache und dennoch eine stabile und exakte Fuhrung ermöglichende Ausgestaltung ergibt sich in Weiterbildung der Erfindung dadurch, daß der Scharnierträger an jeder Führungsschiene durch vier Führungsrollen geführt ist, die jeweils paarweise einander gegenüberliegend an der oberen und unteren Führungsfläche der Führungsschiene spielfrei an dieser anliegen und daß die beiden Führungsrollenpaare in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet und gegen ein Abziehen in Achsrichtung der Führungsrollen von der Führungsschiene gesichert sind.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung zur Sicherung der Führungsrollen an der jeweiligen Führungsschiene ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Führungsschiene in Achsrichtung der Führungsrollen gesehen, formschlüssig mit diesen zusammenwirkt. Dabei kann nach einer Ausgestaltung die Führungsschiene einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen, wobei die Schmalseiten desselben als Führungsflächen dienen und daß die Führungsrollen mit eng an den Breitseiten der Führungsschiene anliegenden Radkränzen versehen sind. Nach einer anderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann jede Führungsschiene an ihrer oberen und unteren Führungsfläche ein von der ebenen Begrenzung abweichendes Führungsprofil aufweisen, dem das Profil der Führungsrolle angepaßt ist. Hierbei können die Führungsflächen beispielsweise keilförmige Vertiefungen aufweisen, denen die Führungsrollen mit einer radial nach außen sich verjüngenden keilförmigen Profilierung angepaßt sind. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß die Führungsschiene ein erhabenes Profil, beispielsweise in Keilform oder in halbrunder Ausgestaltung aufweist, dem die Führungsrollen mit einer entsprechenden, am Außenumfang vorgesehenen Vertiefung keilförmiger oder halbrunder Art angepaßt sind.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist es aber auch möglich, daß die Führungsschiene schwalbenschwanzartiges Profil aufweist und der Scharnierträger mit einer der Führungsschiene angepaßten Ausnehmung auf dieser verschiebbar ist.
  • Weiterhin kann der Scharnierträger mittels eines Scherengitters verschiebbar gehalten sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • Bei einem insgesamt mit 1 bezeichneten Gargerät ist an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses 2 eine Tür 3 mittels einer Scharnieranordnung 4 um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar gelagert. Diese Tür ist, wie aus den Figuren 3 und 4 ersichtlich, im geöffneten Zustand neben die der Scharnieranordnung 4 zugeordneten Seitenwand verschiebbar, so daß sie nicht mehr in den Bedienungsraum vor dem Gerät hineinragt. Die Scharnieranordnung 4 umfaßt einen mit der Tür 3 verbundenen, und in Form eines Lagerzapfens 6 ausgebildeten Scharnierteil und einen an einem Scharnierträger 7 befestigten Scharnierteil 8.
  • Der Scharnierträger 7 ist an einer Führungseinrichtung entlang der Seitenwand 5 verschiebbar geführt, um die Tür von der in Figur 3 gezeichneten Offenstellung in die in Figur 4 dargestellten Stellung verschieben zu können. Die Führungseinrichtung umfaßt bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Führungsschienen 9, an denen der Scharnierträger 7, welcher als vertikal stehender Schlitten oder Wagen ausgebildet ist, mittels Führungsrollen 10 geführt ist, wobei jeder Führungsschiene 9 vier Führungsrollen 10 zugeordnet sind. Dabei liegen die Führungsrollen jeweils paarweise einander gegenüber und sind so am Scharnierträger 7 angeordnet, daß sie spielfrei mit der Führungsschiene 9 zusammenwirken. Jedes Paar einander gegenüberliegender Führungsrollen weist einen gewissen Abstand zu dem anderen Führungsrollenpaar auf, um ein Kippen des Scharnierträgers 7 um eine gedachte horizontale Achse zu vermeiden. Die Führungsschiene 9 ist mittels Halter 11 an der Seitenwand 5 des Gehäuses 2 befestigt.
  • Damit die Tür 3 in die in Figur 4 dargestellte Lage neben das Gargerät geschoben werden kann, ist es erforderlich, daß die Schwenkachse der Scharnieranordnung 4, die durch die Lagerzapfen 6 verläuft, in einer gedachten Ebene liegt, die mit Abstand parallel zur Seitenwand 5 des Gehäuses 2 verläuft.
  • Damit die Führungsrollen 10 nicht von den Führungsschienen 9 in Achsrichtung der Führungsrollen abgezogen werden können, sind die oberen und unteren Führungsflachen jeder Führungsschiene 9 konvex ausgebildet und die Führungsrollen 10 weisen eine konkave Führungsnut an ihrem Umfang auf, so daß die Führungsrollen 10 in ihrer Achsrichtung gesehen, formschlüssig mit den Führungsschienen 9 zusammenwirken, um ein seitliches Abheben des Scharnierträgers 7 von den Führungsschienen und damit von der Seitenwand des Gargerätes zu vermeiden.
  • In dem vorderen der Türöffnung zugewandten Bereich der Seitenwand 5 ist ein Anschlag 12 vorgesehen, an den sich der Scharnierträger 7 in der nach vorne geschobenen Stellung desselben anlegt, in welcher ein Schließen der Tür möglich ist. Dabei ist der Anschlag 12 derart positioniert, daß bei einem Anliegen des Scharnierträgers 7 an diesem Anschlag 12 die Scharnieranordnung 4 sich in einer solchen Lage befindet, daß die von ihr getragene Tür 3 an allen Seiten abdichtend an der Stirnseite 13 des Gehäuses 2 anliegt. Am hinteren Ende des Verschiebeweges ist an der Seitenwand 5 ein Endanschlag 14 vorgesehen.

Claims (9)

  1. Gargerät mit einem Gehäuse und einer eine Frontöffnung verschließenden Tür, die mittels einer Scharnieranordnung um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Teil (6) der Scharnieranordnung (4) an der Tür (3) und der andere Teil (8) der Scharnieranordnung (4) an einem Scharnierträger (7) angeordnet ist, der mittels einer Führungseinrichtung (9, 10) an der der Scharnieranordnung (4) benachbarten Seitenwand (5) des Gehäuses (2) entlang in Richtung auf die Rückwand des Gehäuses (2) verschiebbar ist, daß die Scharnierachse in einer parallel und mit Abstand zur Seitenfläche des Gehäuses (2) liegenden Ebene angeordnet ist und daß der Verschiebeweg des Scharnierträgers (7) in Richtung auf die offene Seite des Gehäuses (2) durch Begrenzungsmittel (12) auf den bestimmungsgemäßen Abstand der Scharnierachse der Scharnieranordnung zur Gehäusevorderkante begrenzt ist.
  2. Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Führungseinrichtung (9, 10) zugeordneten Seitenwand (5) des Gehäuses (2) in dem der offenen Seite des Gehäuses zugewandten Bereich ein als Begrenzungsmittel dienender Anschlag (12) für den Scharnierträger (7) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Gargerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (9, 10) mindestens eine an der Seitenwand (5) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnete, horizontale Führungsschiene (9) umfaßt, an der der Scharnierträger 7 verschiebbar gehalten ist.
  4. Gargerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierträger (7) an jeder Führungsschiene (9) durch vier Führungsrollen (10) geführt ist, die jeweils paarweise einander gegenüberliegend an der oberen und unteren Führungsfläche der Führungsschiene (9) spielfrei an dieser anliegen und daß die beiden Führungsrollenpaare (10) in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene (9) mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet und gegen ein Abziehen in Achsrichtung der Führungsrollen von der Führungsschiene (9) gesichert sind.
  5. Gargerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Führungsschiene (9) in Achsrichtung der Führungsrollen (10) gesehen, formschlüssig mit diesen zusammenwirken.
  6. Gargerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Führungsschiene (9) an ihrer oberen und unteren Führungsfläche ein von der ebenen Begrenzung abweichendes Führungsprofil aufweist, dem das Profil der Führungsrollen (10) angepaßt ist.
  7. Gargerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (9) einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei die Schmalseiten desselben als Führungsflächen dienen und daß die Führungsrollen (10) mit eng an den Breitseiten der Führungsschiene (9) anliegenden Radkränzen versehen sind.
  8. Gargerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene schwalbenschwanzförmiges Profil aufweist und der Scharnierträger mit einer der Führungsschiene angepaßten Ausnehmung auf dieser verschiebbar ist.
  9. Gargerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierträger mittels eines Scherengitters verschiebbar gehalten ist.
