Claims (11)
- Betonhaltiger Formkörper für Abflußrinnen, Sinkkästen od. dgl. Elemente eines Abflußrinnensystems mit einer in einer U- oder rechteckförmigen Aussparung angeordneten flüssigkeitsdichten und chemikalienresistenten Schicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (12) über Schichtbereiche (14) längsseitig beiderseits mit Kunststoffleisten (16) und stirnseitig mit Kunststoffbügeln (15) zur Bildung eines dreidimensionalen, verlorenen Teils einer Schalung (10) flüssigkeitsdicht verbunden ist, die vom Betonkörper (28) umgeben ist.
- Betonhaltiger Formkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Kunststoffleisten (16) Vorrichtungen, insbesondere Nuten (20), für die Aufnahme und dichte Befestigung von Abdichtfolien (32) angeordnet sind.
- Formkörper nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffleisten (16) an den oberen Längskanten mit einem Zargenprofil (18) zur Aufnahme und Befestigung einer Abdeckung (34) versehen sind.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnseiten des Formkörpers (30) mit je einem Kunststoffbügel (15) versehen sind, die mit Teilen der Kunststoffschicht (14) und den Kunststoffleisten (16) verschweißt sind.
- Formkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Kunststoffbügel (15) im vorzugsweise unteren Bereich eine erste Profilierung (46) und auf der abgewandten Seite eine dazu komplementäre Profilierung (48) aufweist, so daß beide Seiten eines Kunststoffbügels (15) wie Matrize und Patrize zusammenpassen.
- Formkörper nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffleisten (16) mit je einem Zargenprofil (18) zur Aufnahme der Abdeckung (34) verbunden sind, wobei die Zargen mittels in Gewindehülsen (40) eingeschraubter Schrauben (36) befestigt sind, wobei von unten in die Gewindehülsen Verankerungsschrauben (36') eingesetzt sind, die im Betonkern (28) verankert sind.
- Formkörper nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (12) auf ihrer dem Betonkern (28) zugewandten Seite Anker (22) zum formschlüssigen Eingriff der Schicht (12) in den Betonkern (28) aufweist.
- Formkörper nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (12), die Kunststoffleisten (16) sowie die Kunststoffbügel (15) aus Polyethylen (PE-HD) bestehen.
- Formkörper nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (12) eine Stärke von 2 mm bis 10 mm aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines betonhaltigen Formkörpers für Abflußrinnen, Sinkkästen od. dgl. Elemente eines Abflußrinnensystems gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Längsseitenkanten einer biegbaren Kunststoffschicht (12) oder eines U-förmig gebogenen Kunststoffteils Kunststoffleisten durch Kleben oder Schweißen flüssigkeitsdicht angebracht werden, und daß an den stirnseitigen Bereichen der U-förmig gebogenen Schicht (12) oder des bereits rechteckförmig geformten Formkörpers mit entsprechenden Aussparungen versehene Kunststoffbügel (15) durch Schweißen oder Kleben flüssigkeitsdicht angebracht werden, wobei die so vorgeformte starre, dreidimensionale Form als verlorenes Teil in einer Schalung (10) mit seitlichen Wänden (24) verwendet wird, in welche Schalung anschließend die Betonmasse eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffleisten (16) an den Längskanten der Schicht (12) vor dem Gießen mit dem Zargenprofil (18) für eine Abdeckung versehen werden.
