Claims (20)
- Stützvorrichtung zum Stützen einer aus einer abbindefähigen Mischung bestehenden und auf einer Wandung (2) aufgebrachten Schicht (1) im noch nicht selbsttragend abgebundenen Zustand der Mischungbestehend aus einer zwischen zwei Umlenkelementen (6) gespannten Schalhaut (7), welche im Bereich zwischen den Umlenkelementen (6) eine schalungsähnliche Stützfläche (5) bietet, wobeidie Schalhaut (7) aus einem nicht-elastischen Material besteht und auf der an die aufgebrachte Schicht (1) angrenzenden Seite eine glatte Oberflächenbeschaffenheit aufweist
daß die Schalhaut (7) auf der der aufgebrachten Schicht (1) abgewandten Seite Führungselemente (27) aufweist, die in an den Umlenkelementen (6) vorgesehene Gegenstücke (29) eingreifen. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schalhaut (7) aus Stahl- oder Kunststoffbändem, insbesondere Teflonbändem, gebildet ist. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schalhaut (7) aus auf einem Trägermaterial stoßstellenfrei aufgebrachten Kunststoffbändern, insbesondere Teflonbändem, besteht. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schalhaut (7) aus stoßstellenfrei versetzt miteinander verbundenen Kunststoffbändern, insbesondere Teflonbändem, besteht. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf der der aufgebrachten Schicht (1) abgewandten Seite der Schalhaut (7) ein Stützelement (9) angeordnet ist, dessen Krümmung an die Kontur der Wandung (2) angepaßt ist. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stützelement (9) geeignete Gegenstücke (28) aufweist, in welche die Führungselemente (27) der Schalhaut (7) eingreifen. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß es sich bei den Führungselementen (27) um Nieten handelt, die in Nuten (28, 29) der Umlenkelemente (6) und ggfs. des Stützelementes (9) eingreifen. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
gekennzeichnet durch,eine flexibel gelagerte, schalungsähnliche Seitenstütze (31, 32), die die abbindefähige Mischung zumindest im Bereich einer Seitenlinie der Stützfläche (5) zwischen der Wandung (2) und der Schalhaut (7) abstützt, undeine Andrückvorrichtung, die die flexibel gelagerte Seitenstütze (31 - 34) elastisch den Unebenheiten der Wandung (2) folgend an diese andrückt, so daß der Bereich zwischen der Schalhaut (7) und der Wandung (2) entlang der zumindest einen Seitenlinie der Stützfläche (5) im wesentlichen vollständig verschlossen wird. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenstütze (31, 32) mittels einer oder mehrerer drehbarer Scheiben (31) gebildet ist, die an der Wandung entlangrollen. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere überlappend und verschränkt angeordnete Scheiben (311, 312) vorgesehen sind. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenstützen mittels gefederter Teleskop- und/oder Pendelarme (34, 33) an der Stützvorrichtung befestigt sind. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Antriebseinrichtung (8, 25) zum Vortrieb der Stützeinrichtung mittels Rotation zumindest eines der Umlenkelemente (6) vorgesehen ist, wobei die von der Antriebseinrichtung ausgehende Vortriebskraft so bemessen ist, daß die Haftreibung zwischen der Schalhaut (7) und der aufgebrachten Schicht (1) nicht überwunden wird. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebseinrichtung (8, 25) einen Elektromotor mit einstellbarem Drehmoment, insbesondere einen Kurzschlußläufermotor mit Phasenanschnittsteuerung (Wicklermotor), umfaßt. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schalhaut (7) ein endlos um beide Umlenkelemente (6) umlaufendes Band ist. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schalhaut (7) von einer Abwickeltrommel (261) abgewickelt wird, um die Umlenkelemente (6) herum geführt ist und von einer Aufwickeltrommel (262) aufgewickelt wird. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eines der Umlenkelemente als Abwickeltrommel (261) und das andere Umlenkelement als Aufwickeltrommel (262) ausgebildet sind. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Umlenkelemente (6) und ggfs. die Ab- und Aufwickeltrommeln (261, 262) in der Weise einseitig gelagert sind, daß ein Wechseln der Schalhaut an der nicht gelagerten Seite möglich wird. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stützvorrichtung an einem in einem vorgegebenen Abstand von der Wandung (2) verlaufenden Führungsrahmen (23) geführt ist. - Stützvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Antriebseinrichtung (25) auf dem Führungsrahmen (23) angeordnet ist und die Vortriebsbewegung über eine Tragkonstruktion (13) auf zumindest eines der Umlenkelemente (6) übertragbar ist. - Stützvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Breite und/oder die enge der Stützfläche (5) und ggfs. des Stützelementes (9) veränderbar sind.
